It was right in the City Center
The heater was not warm enough - At times it sounded pretty busy outside the room , doors slams etc. The power outlets need updating to fit USB and C ports to charge computers and other devices.

The room was large and comfy with a great bathroom. The location is great if you want to be in Old Town and we had no issues with noise from outside.
This is the most emails I've ever recieved from a hotel in the run up to arrival! They were keen to offer us the chance to upgrade with in room gifts, etc. Not helped that I got one from them and one from Booking each time. There are 2 hotels by this company on the same road (so check which one you go to) and we didn't realise there was access to a pool in the sister hotel until check in, so we didn't have our suits.

The staff was lovely and helpful. Big kudos to all of them! The location could not be better, even with the stairs and hills it’s an easy walk to the main attractions. The rooms are beautiful beyond what I expected.

It was pretty clean and staff was nice!
The room had a window that faced a wall, we asked to change it and they moved us to a room that has a garbage and parking lot view. The picture on booking.com had a castle view.
