Ideal location. The room was very clean and well presented (thanks to service staff!).
A number of guests seemed to not have their room ready at the check in time advertised and confirmed afterwards on booking com, including me, which wasn't a great start. Otherwise, it was a good hotel and I'd book again.

Great location. The staff were extremely nice and accommodating. Thank you in particular to Angelika and Zuzana.
The first room we were in needed a bed upgrade, a bit springy, and it was a bit too warm the management were very accommodating and helped us switch rooms to a completely perfect room.
