Disappointing
Room didn’t have air conditioning, were told could open windows. Windows opened minimal amount at the top only and backed onto carpark and there was loud noise from a generator/air conditioning unit which continued throughout the night.

They charged me twice, the second time nearly double the first time. There was no air and the windows open only 3 inches and it was hotter than hot.

Great location close to Royal Mile, Restruants and shops, very helpful staff and good-sized room. Highly recommended.

The hotel is in the perfect location, and would highly recommend it.
Our room didn't have air conditioning, and it got a little warm one night. Apparently there are rooms with A/C though, so be sure to request one in the summer.
