Great location. Room was a good size for a family.
The family room was on the 1st floor next to the heating/air conditioning units and the parking lot. We were unable to sleep due to the noise from both of these.

The hotel is situated in a good location. It is also just across the road from one of the stops on the hop on Hop off buses which is very useful. We were allowed to check in a couple of hours before official check in time as a room was available and as we were checking out very early the following morning.
It's very confusing to have 2 Apex hotels within a few meters of each other. Neither hotel has proper easy access for luggage - you need to lift luggage a small flight of steps. No staff were on hand to help with our luggage at time of check in and check out. The decor appeared dated and certainly not as attractive as it appeared online. The hotel would benefit from a refurbishment.ar

Super convenient location, exceptionally nice staff. The room met the expectations.
Beware - rooms don't have EU plugs, you need a converter :) The AC in my room didn't work on cooling setting, so it was quite hot inside.

Reception looks cool.
Breakfast is decent value too, given locality.
Upstairs in the communal areas and room the decor and finishes lacked quality. It felt unprofessionally fitted.

The room and bathroom were fantastic! The location was great! So close to all the things I wanted to see!
The safe door wouldn’t stay closed (we weren’t using it) and we would sometimes knock into it when going past it, but that’s the only thing.

Comfy bed and good bathroom.
Friendly staff.
No air con and room was very hot even in May. Windows on to street with too much traffic noise to leave open.
Over-priced given there was nothing that was exceptional (just good).
