Clean, convenient and comfy. Really nice apartment style room. USB wall charging. Good breakfast. Great location for exploring the lower Royal Mile.

Great front desk staff. On site luggage storage room. Elevator. Quieter location. Kitchenette was nice. Great blackout curtains. Best continental breakfast of all the places we stayed.
Bathroom walls were gross and the towel heating rack was caked in dust. Rug in the living room was in dire need of a shampooing. Beds were uncomfortable with sagging mattresses and very uncomfortable pillows.

Location was just amazing. Right on the Royal Mile but outside the busy area, so it was really quiet and peaceful.

5 min walk from the train station. 10 min walk from Hollyrood , 15 min walk from the Castle. Hotel is central for every thing. The hotel itself is amazing. Rooms are spacious, clean and functional. Loved the fact the bed went into the wall to create more space if needed. Cooking facilities in the room are great. Definitely recommend adding breakfast into your stay. They certainly lay on everything from continental to traditional full English cooked breakfast. Staff are wonderful some of the nicest people i have ever met. So friendly they make you feel so welcome ?. Definitely home from home. I would 1 million percent recommend this hotel to anyone you wouldn't be disappointed. Thank you all so much at the hotel we had such a great time x

Great location for the Old Town. We could walk to everything in the historic area. The hotel also held our luggage before we were able to check in and on our last day after we checked out.
Of course, we could always say the price. But for a few days in Edinburgh, the convenience of the location and ability to walk around day and night was perfect.

The Adagio location was fantastic, within walking distance of all the tourist highlights! Our room was spotless and so quiet and the staff friendly and helpful. The apart-hotel accommodation option was perfect for our needs allowing us to eat in and out! I would highly recommend it.

The room needs attention....significant mildew on the bathroom ceiling and wall tiles within the shower enclosure. Some fittings were deteriorated or missing, requiring replacement. Paper corners finishing the joints of plasterboard were open and peeling from the plasterboard; not cm's, but meters of the stuff!! The fitness center is a small room with about 6 pieces of equipment; dismal by any measure. Housekeeping is available at an additional charge - WTF! And, most miserable of all, there is no coffee in the rooms - pay Reception £1 per pod of Nespresso, or £2 per cup for machine coffee in the breakfast room. I wouldn't complain if the accomodation were a budget offering, but it is not at £300+ per night!!!!!!!
