Great location, especially for train station and Royal Mile.
The room contained all you could need for a stay.
Didn’t have breakfast but gladly had some free fruit as we left.

The location is absolutely great. Perfect for exploring old town. The front desk staff were all very kind and helpful. The room layout worked well for our family.
I felt the washer and dryer facilities left our clothes smelling a bit moldy. The front load washers likely just need a really good cleaning. As soon as you open the door, mildew is the first smell that hits you.
For the cost per person of breakfast, the quality didn’t match. For £20 per person, I was surprised to see powdered eggs and soggy hash browns. This was minor though. We just decided to eat our breakfast off property.

Great location. Very comfortable, clean, nice design with small kitchenette and sofabed and tables. The games and reading materials in the lobby were great! Breakfast was very nice spread. We were very happy with our stay.

The location was perfection. It's quite literally right on the edge of everything close enough that you can pop out and make your way to whatever thing you want to see, but also just far enough that you're not in the middle of what I imagine at some points during the year is too many people. The room is clean, comfortable and large and having a full kitchen was such a plus. I plan on going back as we didn't have enough time in the city, and I will 100% definitely stay here again.
The only thing that we didn't like, and I think it was just by virtue of the room that we got, was the bathroom. And I don't know if all the bathrooms were like this or if it was just because we got a handicap bathroom. But It's just a big open room with a drain on the floor, and when you take a shower, the entire floor is wet for hours.

I liked everything about this hotel, the location, the kind staff, room was beautiful and big, there was a little kitchen nook and a fridge. Plenty of space to store everything, from suitcase to clothes to shopping bags.

Excellent location, great spaces throughout the hotel, and our rooms were excellent as well. You can tell they put a lot of effort into keep a well appointed hotel. Staff was very kind. We arrived at 7:30am and left our bags. We used the washroom to freshen up after our flight and then walked around town until check in at 3pm. Everything was great!
It was expensive! But from what I gather, everything in Edinburgh is. We certainly paid for location, but otherwise I still thought it was expensive.
