I liked everything about this hotel, the location, the kind staff, room was beautiful and big, there was a little kitchen nook and a fridge. Plenty of space to store everything, from suitcase to clothes to shopping bags.

Excellent location, great spaces throughout the hotel, and our rooms were excellent as well. You can tell they put a lot of effort into keep a well appointed hotel. Staff was very kind. We arrived at 7:30am and left our bags. We used the washroom to freshen up after our flight and then walked around town until check in at 3pm. Everything was great!
It was expensive! But from what I gather, everything in Edinburgh is. We certainly paid for location, but otherwise I still thought it was expensive.

Great location right on the Royal Mile. Comfortable room. Heating and a/c worked well. Helpful staff. Great that it had a washer/drier on site

Our room was on the Royal Mile and so was very close to any activities. Having a microwave and other kitchen facilities definitely helped. The staff at the front desk were very helpful, especially the first morning when the espresso machine didn't work for us.
The bathroom lighting was poor, as it seems to be in all European hotels. There was a little street noise, but it wasn't bad. The bed was a bit firm for our likes. Pretty good pillow.

Very convenient location. We didn’t really need the kitchenette but it would definitely be great for families. Also all the downstairs facilities were very thoughtful.
