Although the room had an A/C, we could only lower the temperature slightly, so our room was a bit warm the entire time.

Room was warm
Comfy for two friends with 25 kilos of luggage each - we made it work
Breakfast was lovely
Staff were not that welcoming on arrival - however this did not apply to all staff

Location and staff
Shower floor was too slick, took a bad fall when soap bottle fell and broke adding more slick. Needs a grid added to floor. Tv got nothing worth viewing, needs Netflix.

Clean, convenient and comfy. Really nice apartment style room. USB wall charging. Good breakfast. Great location for exploring the lower Royal Mile.
The TV was hung in a low weird spot.

Great front desk staff. On site luggage storage room. Elevator. Quieter location. Kitchenette was nice. Great blackout curtains. Best continental breakfast of all the places we stayed.
Bathroom walls were gross and the towel heating rack was caked in dust. Rug in the living room was in dire need of a shampooing. Beds were uncomfortable with sagging mattresses and very uncomfortable pillows.

Location was just amazing. Right on the Royal Mile but outside the busy area, so it was really quiet and peaceful.
Nothing really. Was a bit overpriced, but pretty standard for Edinburgh.
