The hosts were fantastic and really ready to make your stay the best they could. Always offering to make coffee or deliver you breakfast and they were really friendly. The jet tub was amazing, the bed was comfy, and the deck would have been nice if weather allowed.
The heat from the radiators could have been better.

This place was an absolute WOW on all aspects. What a spectacular decor and interiors, a jacuzzi bath, delicious breakfast, very friendly hosts and super convenient location. Everything just perfect and beyond!

The location was superb, walking distance to all the attractions. The grandeur of the B&B and the main kitchen lounge area was beautiful.
The actual bedroom and bathroom was small for a room of this price.But enjoyed our stay all the same

The setting was cozy, comfortable and elegant. The hosts were welcoming, kind and accommodating. I especially enjoyed the morning breakfast, claw foot tub, and king sized bed. The location was perfect for seeing all the sites in the city. I would travel to Edinburgh just to stay here again.

This accommodation far exceeded our expectations! The room was absolutely lovely, the surroundings beautiful and the hosts went above and beyond with everything. We can't say enough good about them. Absolutely the best place to stay in Edinburgh.

The room was excellent. Everything from the decor to the architecture. It was situated in the New Town of Edinburgh and we could not recommend it highly enough as a place to stay.

I had a medical emergency that wouldnt get me to the property until later and they told me I should cancel. I was disappointed because I had planned this trip for months- a solo trip for my 30th birthday-and the was my last night before heading home. I was traveling from Inverness and there are only so many trains. When they told me I needed to cancel if I couldn't be there by 10:30- my train would have arrived at 10:30 and then I would have had to walk. Hours later, they texted and asked if I was coming. They said it would have been fine! This line of communication was very confusing. I understand they had their check in time before 7pm and they were being generous with the 10:30, but I wasnt going to be able to make it there by 10:30 and so they told me to cancel. I thought this was strict and didnt want to be stranded in the city alone with no where to stay. I ended up staying on someones couch in Inverness and left at 6am for EDI and had a 12 hour travel day. Communication was bad during this encounter and it could have been handled much differently.

imposing New Town building quiet cozy room, spacious and with jacuzzi bath, with entrance to inner backyard (very comfortably) , good location into historical district close to Princess street
living rooms locate on ground floor and there are steep staircase to get into the room
