A very nice B&B with all the original designs we all love. Comfy bed. The single room is tiny but clean and cozy. There are busses in all directions just around the corner! Very convenient. Good breakfast as well. Thanks David!!

The hotel was in a peaceful location, which made for a relaxing stay, paired with an incredibly comfortable bed that ensured a great night’s sleep. The breakfast was excellent - fresh, tasty and a perfect start to the day. The staff were also exceptionally helpful and welcoming, always ready to assist with anything needed.

This place is the definition of cozy. It is more like a bread and breakfast with a little more privacy. The people who work there are super nice. It is super close to a bus station that will take you into the heart of Edinburgh. Which makes it a great place to stay. But at the end of the day you can get out of the hustle and bustle and find some quiet. Also they have their own car parking area. Also breakfast was very good!
The facilities are definitely not modern. If you are expecting modern amenities look elsewhere. Also warning there is no elevator here!

A lovely place to stay, has a bit of character. Fabulous breakfast. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Very handy to bus stops. A decent sized room.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble and they were very helpful. Breakfast was excellent, freshly cooked and we were not left hungry. The hotel was in a great position for exploring the city by bus and the transport system was very good as we could jump on and off the bus multiple times and the cost was very affordable at £5 for the day. The room itself was comfortable.
The room could have been improved with more detail taken to dusting but overall was clean.

Ideal location for exploring Edinburgh with easy access to the city centre by the number 11 bus
David and his staff were so welcoming and friendly, they gave us lots of information and local knowledge, before we even arrived! Very comfy bed in lovely quiet area, close to the city centre yet far enough away to be quiet and better value for money, we would definitely stay here again

The staff at this hotel were incredible. Super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing. The location gave incredibly easy access to Center City with an easy and direct bus ride.The room itself could have definitely used some updating but it was clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay again for the staff and location. It was a good value.
