The atmostphere of the entire place was beautiful and clean. The staff were very friendly too. The location was very strategic for the places that we required espeiclaly the bus stop!

Friendly welcome. Great location. They reached out before with some questions which included arrival time. When I told them around 12:30, they said they would try and have the room ready early, which they did. They also had somewhere to store luggage. We also really liked room only, with a simple and sensibly priced simple breakfast option - cereal, toast, fruit. If you wanted more than that, they recommended various local places to go - what a great approach.
Very little and would happily stay again. It was 28C, not at all normal for Edinburgh, so the room was very hot. They had popped a small but efficient fan in, which was a godsend.

Good location if you need access yo the bus station. Staff was always friendly when we interacted.
Breakfast was a bit limited and pricy for no hot food. No elevator in building and no A/C in rooms.

Lovely little hotel in the heart of Edinburgh, great location and very comfortable stay. The staff were exceptional though and made the whole stay for us even more special. I had mentioned that we were visiting Edinburgh for my birthday and after a day of exploring the city, we came back to our room and found a hand written card, a little bottle of whisky and balloons scattered across the bed. What a wonderful little surprise it was. Can’t thank the staff enough for a great little stay. Highly recommend staying here if you want to visit Edinburgh!

Wonderful
The staff went above and beyond to help celebrate a birthday while we were there. Bubbles, chocolates, balloons and banners in the room whilst we were out.
Private party in the bar when we arrived which meant we couldn't get a drink on arrival and weren't prepared informed of the event.

Wonderful
Loved the hotel, the room, and the flexibility of staff. Communication was also excellent, as were the directions for our late check-in.
We only got to stay one night :( The bed was also a little too stiff.

We love the location, just around the corner from the station. When we arrived to check in, we were greeted very warmly and given excellent advice on places to go, things to do, and experience. The room was finished to a very nice standard with lovely high ceilings, and while the floor area wasn't massive, it was plenty for my brother and I. Overall very very happy with our experience and will absolutely be recommending to anyone we know who travel to Edinburgh!
