Nice room, comfy beds.
Nice to have complimentary fruit, bottles of water (and the mini chocolate eggs!).
Perfect location, short walk to the Playhouse.
All the stairs up to our room!
Not being able to get a hot breakfast.

Very well located in the city center (next to bus station, car rental, main shopping mall).
No lift.
Quite expensive for what remains a standard hotel in my opinion (no "whow effect").

Great location for shops, restaurants and theatre. Very clean and comfortable. Staff very friendly and welcoming.

Our room was decorated for my son's birthday and there was a lovely handwriting birthday card and chocolates from the hotel. my son didn't expect this, so he was happy. Thank you for your warm service!

Got in early but staff were happy to mind our bags and took them up to our room when it was ready. Also had a lovely surprise of birthday decorations put up for my birthday including a card from the staff, on whole very nice place
The usual things that are mention in the lack of lift meant we got a workout climbing the stairs, and the trams if ypure at the front (though the sleep kit they provide did help with this) , room was a bit toasty but the cooling fan was an option

Lovely welcome on arrival at this small but beautiful hotel. Everything was exceptionally clean, comfortable and very quiet. It is an excellent location for restaurants and city centre. We will certainly stay again.
