Amazing hosts, immaculate room and superb breakfast! Honestly probably one of the best B&Bs I've stayed in. My wife was obsessed with the diffusers! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a luxury stay in Edinburgh.

Amazing location run by amazing people. Out of all the places we stayed while in Edinburgh, it was easily our favorite. Easily accessible by bus if you’re trying to explore like we were. Breakfast was outstanding and getting to speak with the proprietors was a joy. The other guests were also friendly. We will definitely be back.
No issues whatsoever. We were only sad we didn’t plan further in advance and therefore no rooms were available the following night.

The breakfast will spoil you for the rest of you life. Every day it is special breakfast in a Georgian setting dining room.
The hotelrooms are cozy and romantic by design, quiet and spacious.
The location was an absolute pre, away from the massive tourisme and the busline(s) will take you every 5 minutes into town. The ride into Old town will take you only 8 minutes, in heavy traffic, from the busstop in front of the hotel. And take you back to the hotel whenever you want, with bars like the Old bell in walking distance
