Location. Space was great ina apartment. Simple but decorative but lovely.
Sofa was very uncomfortable and being the top floor very awkward carrying suitcases up many stairs

You absolutely cannot beat this location! Apartment was so spacious with beautiful high ceilings. Large windows for fantastic "people watching" down below. Good shower and comfy beds. Washer/dryer worked very well.

You won't find a better location. Here you will be in the center of the city and it will be convenient for you to get to all the attractions.
I liked everything. The only wish is that there were no matches and socket adapters in the apartment. It would be great to have it in the apartment too)

The location is perfect for accessing all of the major attractions. The flat was large, light and clean. Craig who met us with the keys was so helpful and carried 2 large suitcases up to the flat for us, such a star.
The mattresses need replacing. Very uncomfortable. I had to find their spare bedding to place under the fitted sheet for a little extra padding. Noise from buskers until 10.30pm was unexpected. We have 2 guitar players with amps and microphones singing directly beneath the flat. Not great with small children who can't get to sleep.

Great Location, comfortable and spacious flat,coffee and tea available.
Too early check out, no facilities to keep the luggage for free as the price wasnt cheap for only two nights. Cleaning should more accurate as I found a lot of dust on the ceiling lamp.

you cant get a better location! staff is super friendly and prompt. They are there to help you get oriented with the apartment. everything worked! washing machine, dryer, etc. if I come back to Edinburgh definitely staying there again
The only thing that could possibly not like are the stairs but consider its a work out. its an A2 building so being in such location and building architecture I could give up the elevator for few days.

Excellent location with views out every window onto Parlament Square and Cathedral. Very comfortable beds and well equipped kitchen. The washing machine was a nice bonus since we traveled a week prior to arrival and was planning to go to laundromat.
Loved all of it. Not having an elevator to apartment would be hard for anyone with mobility challenges.
