The hotel was really nice. Staff were friendly and helpful and the location felt safe. The room was comfortable and as described.
Not enough coffee bags and milk sachets in the room. I suppose we could have asked for these to be replenished.

Was moved to an alternative hotel due to issues so I did not choose this hotel
Given an accessible room which was not what I wanted and made it very awkward to use. Poor layout and electric point did not all work. Hot water from shower took nearly 10mins to arrive and by then I had finished - despite leaving for May minutes before I went under the shower

Room ideal as it has a kitchen. Location was for Guys Hospital so ideal, not ideal for tourists, breakfast was great. Staff amazing, I was there for an operation and the staff remembered and asked how I was.
