Breakfast is very good- room is clean and perfect for family with two bathrooms.
Night staff is not nice- room view is outside garbage- Requested higher floor but we got bottom. Close to Tower Bridge but train station is 10 mins away.

The location
The fire alarm started ringing at 4 o'clock in the morning and continued to ring until 6 am due to a malfunction that affected the sensor. It was an unpleasant experience. We couldn't rest properly. It wasn't worth the price paid for the accommodation. The hotel staff didn't offer any discount for the discomfort created.

The location isn’t exactly convenient for tourist attractions—I only chose it because the price was too good to pass up.
After confirming my booking and charging me, the hotel unilaterally increased the room price (by 20 times!!!!) and asked me to cancel my reservation and rebook at the new rate.

Very comfortable, clean and spacious. Good breakfast and very attentive staff. Quiet location lots of walkable attractions around (Borough Market, Tower Bridge etc)
Only one elevator made for long waits but you can also use the stairs to get some exercise. No window in the bedrooms - makes it quiet but if you like fresh air at night it’s a long way from the living room.

Location and nice breakfast
Dirty and in disrepair, bed settee was thin with springs sticking through, bathroom door had no lock and wouldn't stay crossed. Window lock was broken and window kept opening. On booking.com says has bar and snack bar has neither. Really wouldn't reccomend!!

Near the underground London Bridge station, the shard and borough market within 5-10 min walk. Easy to get around the city via underground from there. Local Sainsbury’s few doors down from the building so can use the kitchen to cook your other meals if you wish. Great breakfast so much choice and you always take some upstairs if you want to perhaps for later etc. staff were very pleasant and let us leave our bags after we checked out until we were ready to head back home. Great two night trip to London. Would definitely recommend
