When I arrived to the hotel they told me that they had some kind of issue with my room and that they had moved my reservation to the Tower Bridge Marriot that's around the corner. They should have informed me about this change before my arrival and given me the option to opt out, but since they didn't and I was already there I went to the other hotel. In the Tower Bridge hotel they told me they had no record of my reservation and that it was some kind of mistake. After 3 hours of waiting at the reception they told me I actually had to go to the Kensington Marriot Residence Inn. Which is like 1 hour trip by uber. There I finally got a room. All these trouble and delays made me miss a very important work meeting I had scheduled. Definitely don't recommend.

Wonderful
the room was great for a family of 5. The staff in general was very kind but in particular at breakfast was very attentive and friendly. The position of the hotel was good as well.

The breakfast included was very complete and tasty - you could choose from a variety of options, and it was constantly being refilled. The sofa bed was also surprisingly large and comfortable. The cleanliness was satisfactory, and we had no issues with the cleaning staff.
The bathroom was quite small with little storage. The hot water was very hard to regulate, and the shower door would not close. Additionally, we had some issues with the staff; one night before we departed, we asked if they could call a black cab service for us (24 hrs in advance for a reservation), but they recommended we book an Uber instead, since it would be cheaper. On the day of our departure, the Uber cancelled on us at the last minute (which I understand is not the hotel's fault), but when we informed them of our problem, they were very unhelpful and said they only worked with Uber, not other taxi lines. They did not provide us with any alternatives, which, in our situation, was very frustrating since time was not in our favor.
