Nice location and good facilities.
Housekeeping poor and general repairs not being kept up. My son has a peanut allergy and the staff told him all breakfast food was cross contaminated, this stopped him eating at all despite us assuring him they were covering themselves. 3 breakfasts not eaten

The location was good to explore the city. Walking distance to London Bridge, many bus stations and metro station. The room was clean and the breakfast was very tasty.
The room was tiny. As we were a group of three, we had booked a room that sleeps 3-4 people. There was one bed and one sofa bed. Other furniture had to be moved in the corner to have the sofa bed pulled out and the space left in the room was minimal. The bathroom in the basement was not clean at all when we arrived and could not check in yet

I need to highlight that I am writing a review for our visit that was postponed to 13th of June. I would really like to praise our host Alex who was so friendly and professional during the whole visit. That made us feel safe and comfortable, like we were at home.
Maybe you should add toilet brush in the bathroom.
