Good location, very friendly and helpful staff that went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.
Great to have free parking on site.
Room and bed was smaller than expected, I think the pictures led us to expect it to be slightly bigger. Toilet seat was loose.

Nothing the images of the hotel on bookingcom are misleading.
The hotel is smelly. Carpets smell of dampness , very dirty. Not worth the money. Please be careful. .we had a bad experience. We had to leave within 5 to book another hotel. Unfortunately we could not get a refund. Never again

We stayed in the annex, the room was small yet comfortable, it was quite hot in the room but air con was available at the touch of a button which was lovely, tea and coffee in the room is always a bonus, it was easy to find, a few shops and takeaways on the door step is very handy. Staff were friendly and helpful
The pillows, but that could just be personal preference
