Everything was amazing from the start to an end. We were welcomed with free fruits & and water . The manager was welcoming and professional, a lovely location, and a free secured car park.

Location was good and close. Also the nearby shops were a bonus.
Plug socket for the kettle and fan didn't work, I had to move them to make a cup of tea and get the fan to work.

The staff were lovely and went out of their way to make our stay more positive after having a bad morning and were so attentive to all our needs. They made our day and we can't be more thankful

The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. The room was decent, not much to complain about tbh.
Hotel was next to the street and can get noisy. But it’s not anything that the hotel can do about so not their fault.

Maybe air-conditioning would make it better on warm days but the electric fan did the trick anyway
