Great location near bus and DLR /tube lines
The staff were so friendly and welcoming and full of really useful information of how to get to places and venues . Free fruit and water available was very welcome on the hottest days of the year
No lifts and stairs a bit steep but not too much of a problem

Staff very friendly, offered free food and water and provided all necessary information. Smooth check in. Room was clean and comfortable, coffee and all needed things offered. A pleasant stay. Plus aircon in the room and great tv programs ?
Don't expect large rooms...it's London after all! I think it's great value for the price and the transport links are very convenient.

The staff at reception were very helpful checking my car was ULEZ compliant so that I didn't fall foul of daily charges. They were cheerful and very helpful and advised where I could get an evening meal of quality and the local off licence if I needed to buy anything as the hotel has no bar, but to be honest I'm not that bothered about getting a drink. Light breakfast available on request cooked to order. The room was small but had everything I needed. Was very clean and noise levels were minimal. Free wi-fi available and of good strength, no problems connecting and surfing. The hotel appears professionally managed with free fruit in the reception area, welcoming interior which is modern and not outdated in any way. For the money it was good value at £107 for two nights and only a few miles from city center attractions. There was also secure off road parking and the reception staff happily let you in and out as required.
If you can live without a bar and restaurant then it was great for a couple of nights and I guess if not here for business then you would be out sight seeing and eating/drinking elsewhere anyway.

Great hosting and very friendly people. All the staff were very helpful. Rooms are very clean and adequately equipped (ie. iron, iron board, hair dryer, etc). Car parking area was available. Getting on public transport is also very easy to city center. The nearby shop was good to find all necessities. Safe neighborhood day and night.
Rooms are a bit small but this is typical in UK. If double beds were slightly larger we could have felt more comfortable. A simple hanger on the wall or behind the door could increase the efficiency of the total storage.

Friendly staff, location was perfect for us as we were at an event at the excel. There’s was an error with our booking as we needed a twin but had a double, they sorted it no problem at all.
