1000% - would recommend to anyone planning to visit any part of London (business or tourism)! Location, location, location - Newham was an amazing spot. Affordable, accommodating, generous from the moment I arrived till I left. Excellent, excellent, excellent. 22 minutes from Tower Hill Tube, 50 minutes away from Heathrow.
Everything was superb. Nothing to add. Go for the air conditioning option in the summer.

We had a very pleasant stay. The location was convenient, with good access to transport and local amenities. The parking facilities were excellent and made our trip much easier. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The property also offered great value for money. We would definitely consider staying here again in the future.
The overall experience was excellent. The only area for improvement would be the breakfast menu, which could offer a wider variety of options to cater to different preferences.

Room was very clean but located in an "annex" building down the street. About 10mins walk from train station.
No restaurant on site and nothing in the immediate area.
Room was extremely hot and no air con.

The staff is very nice, accomodating and helpful.
The place is clean enough, the access is easy, it's close to ExCel (a 10-minute walk).
The rooms are a bit small and the neighborhood feels a little bit industrial.
