Location
Slow computer and therefore it took 3 different keys to load our info so we could use the elevator and get to our room. Also, we were told by one staff member that we could not print our boarding passes, but another printed them for us.

Room was clean but nothing special to justify the price.
The restaurant was way too small, unclean and not in keeping with hotel generally or the price. Disappointing. Cancelled breakfasts booking due to long waiting line and dirty floors, tables. This needs attention !

Wonderful
This hotel sits at the end of a very large mall. This made it very easy to find great dinning and shopping right out the front door of the hotel. The tube station is at the other end of the mall which is nice for getting around London cheaply.
The only thing about this hotel is that the elevators are super slow! But, the fact that it has an elevator at all is nice.
