Lack of control of air-conditioning. It was far too warm and couldn't alter temperature of the room.

Great Location - just a short walk to Custom House Underground. Very clean hotel and excellent value for money.
The only thing is the toilet is in its own private little space. It isn’t in the same space as the sink which is inconvenient if someone is showering in the main bathroom.

Great hotel. Close to the Elizabeth and DLR lines. Cable car over the water to the O2 is cool as well. Great room

Great location , next to excel , 5 mins on foot from elizabeth metro line and DLR station. Super clean, quiet and comfortable. Great view from the terrace to the docks. Luggage store was available free of charge.

Hotels inna good location good transport links, cleaning staff are excellent. Hotel is lovely and gave us a free drink too
Not much it is a bit out from central London but right beside custom house station which you can then use to get to central London.
