+The room is big, the bathroom is huge, the cot for children was wide enough to squeeze a third one if needed :)
+Very friendly staff, with a luggage room if you are checking out earlier than your flight.
+The location is nicer than expected for something called occasionally "The Docks". Basically there is a small neighborhood of new tall apartment buildings, with hotels and small shops and some restaurants, right in front of the Exposition Center, with Metro line in close vicinity. It was also surprisingly quiet.
+Because the waterfront is, actually, a sort of lagoon, we had none of that smell usually associated with a river as dirty as Thames can be. During the weekend there were even some water sport activities. The waterfront was great for promenades, and the hotel's own first floor balcony that openes to the water was a great place to relax.
+There are two shops opened nearby until midnight and a small Tesco
+The local police patrol car is usually parked in front of the hotel, so extra points for "feeling safe"
+The planes landing at the London Airport pass over the waterway and make for a nice view
-You are surprinsingly far from downtown. Far enough, in fact, that even from the cable car you cannot see any of the landmarks because of the distance and the high-rise building on Thames banks.
-The Metro station is in the 3rd price zone, so the daily cap for using the Tube is 10,50 pounds, and in most cases involves at least one line switching.
-This is more of "restaurants and pizza places" than "pubs and disco" (meaning "I don't remember seeing any pub and disco").
-If you are a very light sleeper ask for a room facing the road, not the water, as those planes landing at the London Airport are low enough to be heard.
-As I found to be the case in most of London, the wifi (although good) was unsecured, with no option to have a secured connection (not even paid).

It was good for my location. Rooms could be better. A/c should be more efficient in day time.
Weather was pretty hot.
One receptionist was demanding entire payment through my credit cards . Pakistan credit cards have limits of 1000 $ only maximum. I was willing to pay entire amount by cash.
I paid maximum amount for 3 nights and rest I requested will be paid next day .
Her attitude was harassment and said it is now booked only till Monday.
I paid any way by Monday, they should treat guest with courtesy and guide them.

1) dirty furniture with spots on chair (I can provide pictures)
2) to correct this gave me key for another room when I open the room , it was already occupied and there was someone sleeping on the bed
They apologized that the computer mistake
They upgrade me but this did not erase my surprise of entering a room which was occupied
3) on leaving I asked to help me to get my luggage down they said sorry we don’t have this service

Great location , next to excel , 5 mins on foot from elizabeth metro line and DLR station. Super clean, quiet and comfortable. Great view from the terrace to the docks. Luggage store was available free of charge.
A bit pricey , but this is London....

I cannot recommend this hotel under any circumstances. My stay was an incredibly frustrating experience that fell short in every possible category. The property is highly overpriced for the quality provided. Beyond the lack of value, the cleanliness was unacceptable; the rooms were far from the standard one would expect. To make matters worse, the staff appeared entirely indifferent to guest concerns. They promote a full-spa, yet upon arrival, I discovered that absolutely nothing was operational. It was an incredibly disappointing and unprofessional stay. I had to leave early. Avoid this place if you value your time and your money.

The hotel was so nice and the location too. It’s not within the city which is crowded but just 45 mins to big ben they have a parking lot too if you’re bringing a car. The bed was so comfy and room was excellent. We will definitely stay again here :)

Great staff and location. Hotel was clean and all facilities were awesome.
Ali at reception went out of the way to help us at check in. I was traveling with my family and we got two rooms at two different floors. He helped us get two rooms close by on the same floor.
Parking could have been included in the room rate.

Disappointing
The main advantage of the property is its location, only if you have events at the nearby exhibition center. It is very convenient and saves time for business trips.
The overall experience was below expectations. I upgraded to a King-size bed, but it turned out to be two separate single mattresses combined into one bed frame, which was very uncomfortable and not what I expected.
The room phone was not working, so I couldn’t reach reception. The power outlets were only located near the desk (none by the bed) and were unstable, disconnecting frequently while charging.
The biggest issue was the noise early in the morning. I woke up around 6 AM due to loud sounds from the upper floors, which made it difficult to continue sleeping.

We were traveling as a group of 3. The room as we went in was only set up for 2 people apart from the bed situation, so not a brilliant start, had to go down to reception and they weren't overly warm people to ask for a third cup, glass, towel set, water and more tea bags etc. The cleaners then brought us some more within 15 minutes and was nice etc.Then when I came back to the room.we noticed the toilet was totally separate to the rest of the bathroom and had no sink to wash hands in room 333, that's a cleanliness issue (not so much if a solo traveler) however we were 3 friends. We had to walk out of the toilet, by the bed and open the door to the rest of the bathroom and then wash our hands. There should be a sanitizer in there if this is the case, when I mentioned after we checked out a bit of advice regarding this the receptionist looked bored and she didn't really note my concerns for future guests. Just some feedback it was.

The hotel was very close to the train line with good connection to London center. It was also very close to the London City Airport though reaching by foot would not be as pleasant as expected when travelling late in the evening in the middle of January. We used a bus, which was perfect and inexpensive. Train would be even easer and faster.
The hotel looked much better on the photo than reality. The area was very empty during January when we were visiting. The hotel seemed to be not crowdy at all, we barely saw people during our stay. However, when asked to have two single beds instead of one double 2 months before our arrival, the hotel told they would accommodate this upon availability. Unfortunately, they did not. Not a big deal, but would have been a nice touch to the overall service if they put a small effort to make a difference. Some items were not working in the room: the washing sink was blocking, the reading light at the bedside did not work, the small fridge was not cooling either. We asked the staff to fix the fridge because we had medicine to keep in cold place but were told that it was not a fridge but the cooler, so everything is OK with it, even though it kept water in room temperature. Next morning I put my three requests in writing, so the "cooler" was fixed and started to cool, the sink was unblocked, but the reading light has never been fixed. The garbage was removed from the trash bin, but left forgotten on the sink. The bedding was clean, but had some spots that probably could not wash out with normal washing. Some better cleaning would be appreciated. The hotel (or at least our room) hardly reached 3 stars, definitely not 4...

Disappointing
The lobby was very nice and clean while the carpet in the room had several big stains as it someone had vomited and it was stained in different areas on both rooms that I rented.
When I rented I thought I paid for two bedroom with kitchen, little deck, washer, for my 3 teenagers and self and what I got was two separate small rooms with nothing of what I mentioned.
