Not sure why i was asked to show I.D I had booked through booking.com so they have all my information. I don't like carrying my passport around London and wasn't aware that I have to show I.D to get into a hotel.

Room, cleanliness, location and lobby
Rom request wasn't fulfilled - asked for high floor and rooms close together - got 2 on 1st floor down hall from each other. Not fully booked - so would have been easy to fulfil request.

The location was close to station, shops and Westfield shopping centre and bus to and from the airport
The rooms where very dusty and the walls stained a lot with marks and spilled drinks. It was clean but could do with a lick of paint.

Fantastic location for the London stadium. Transport links to central London and airports.
Staff a superb, rooms are clean and very comfortable.
Great nights sleep.

It’s was close to the station so easy accessible
