Nice hotel with family size rooms.
Difficult to find transportation in the area. A shuttle to London City Airport would be helpful.

I enjoyed that we got a welcome drink on arrival. The view from the sixth floor of the river was also particularly nice. Stylish lobby with pool table and photo booth made it fun for us. Pet friendly so there was lots of dogs to see. Room decor was nice and approachable though perhaps not as characterful as the lobby, the bathroom was nice though. Plenty of mirrors for getting ready since we were there for an event. Accessible by DLR and very close to the Excel Centre (Walking distance). We arrived a lil' early and they were able to accommodate us thankfully.
The answer phone message was quite confusing and not as professional in the context of an important section of a trip. The breakfast layout was a little unclear, some items were hard to find and there was a bit of a cup shortage

The room was nice, basic but as expected. The breakfast was reasonable small selection for choice. Great location just a short walk from the Excel.
The heating temperature was set far too high and unable to adjust in the room. Had to turn off and open window which in London does not lead for the best nights sleep. Evening meal left a lot to be desired, came out luke warm at best.
Iron in the ironing room, was not working properly on 3rd floor.

The entire downstairs area was nice, with a lot of things to do, a bar, a place to buy snacks, etc. It was very close to London Excel. It was easy to walk there from the hotel and there was also a train stop nearby. The walk to the train stop was around half the distance of the walk to the London Excel (which itself is extremely long), so after the first time or two, we only walked between the two instead of taking the train.
I would've liked a safe in the room. Otherwise everything was great. I can't say much about the price because I know London tends to be expensive. It seemed reasonable, but we only really wanted a comfortable place close to London Excel and it fulfilled all of those requirements. We did occasionally hear a plane passing nearby, but not while sleeping. We used the Jubilee line once to get to the hotel and it was incredibly crowded and the tracks would occasionally squeal very loudly. After that, we avoided it as best we could.

Breakfast was wonderful. Room was nice, bed was comfortable and the room was so well noise isolated that the aircraft taking off close by weren't an issue. Wifi was good too.
The shower water pressure was lacking, and the small glass tables were slippery. No proper place to sit in the room apart from the bed and a stool. Drinks from the bar were quite expensive.

It's a cool place with lots of art and music references. It just has a cool vibe.
It's a bit far away from the center of London but it is close to Royal Albert station so it's easy enough just to catch the train into the city anyway.

It was a lovely, safe hotel. The staff were very friendly and it was quiet throughout the night.
Pillows weren't comfortable and casting didn't work for the tv, but were still able to watch cable.
