Great hotel! The room was tidy and comfortable, breakfasts were very tasty, and the cocktail was a lovely surprise. I’d gladly stay here again!
The room felt a little cold for me, even with the air conditioner turned off and the window open.

This is a new, clean three-star hotel, conveniently located right next to the 'Royal Albert' DLR station.
Although the staff seemed to be making an effort, they didn't appear to be very polite or helpful. On top of that, the planes flying out of the City Airport right across the street are pretty loud. There are neither supermarkets nor convenience stores close by.

The staff were very helpful and friendly especially Janvi such a lovely young lady. The breakfast had a good choice of hot and cold the beds are very comfortable all in all a great place.
It's a bit hard to find on the first visit if you are going on the DLR don't get off at the excl get off two stop down at the city airport is right by it

The vibe is really relaxed and cool, the bar and lounge area are a bit quirky with pool tables, fusball, a photo booth etc. The staff are really nice (at least, all the ones we spoke to were) and we're really helpful and chatty. The room was well equipped, if a little small. It was spotlessly clean, well decorated and everything worked well. The bed felt a little soft initially, but was actually really comfortable for me, but might be a little under for someone taller/heavier. The shower room was small, but again perfectly clean and worked well. Toiletries were provided, which was a perfect because we forgot our shower gel.
It's a little bit unfair, because there absolutely nothing the could realistically do about it...but the airport runway a few hundred metres away is a big old downside. The planes don't operate overnight, but they start landing at about 6.30 and are pretty frequent. Other than magically removing the sound of aeroplanes, I can't say there's anything else I could really suggest that would have made our stay more pleasant. To be honest though, it's otherwise a really nice place for a relaxed stay with a hostel-esque vibe but with better privacy and really nice staff. We'll be back to the O2 in February, and will likely book back here

It's a cool place with lots of art and music references. It just has a cool vibe.
It's a bit far away from the center of London but it is close to Royal Albert station so it's easy enough just to catch the train into the city anyway.
