It was a lovely, safe hotel. The staff were very friendly and it was quiet throughout the night.
Pillows weren't comfortable and casting didn't work for the tv, but were still able to watch cable.

Great size room and bathroom, nicely arranged for 3 people. Lovely and clean. Right by airport but not disturbed by noise. Polite and helpful staff. Love Moxy foyers with great details like a pool table and Photo Booth.

I was allowed to check in early with no quibbles.
Lounge area is nice and feels relaxing.
The 'cocktail' on arrival was just a sticky sugary fruit thing with dubious levels of gin (and no ice).
The bed wasn't so comfortable... and there were 4 pillows but not one was good enough.
Shower was weak.

Like the reception area and that you got the bar and seating area and it’s nice vibe. Along with you buy snacks and drinks easily at anytime as well.

Location was very convenient for the Excel centre, only two stops on the DLR to customs house, but also totally walkable as well. For the amount you save staying here rather than the hotels directly opposite the entrance, its definitely worth staying here instead. The rooms were clean and comfortable.
The breakfast was a bit overpriced for what you got, if I were to stay again I wouldn't bother with it

The hotel was well located and a short walk or DLR ride from LCY (transfer required). It was clean and tidy and the staff were very efficient and helpful and we were checked in quickly.
However the room was quite small and for a good view book a high floor room as you couldn’t see much from floor 3!

The hotel was close to the event i wanted to go.
Receptionists were very nice
You cannot say you have parking and then charge 15£ for parking spot
