Lovely staff as we walked in and the lady had a lovely welcoming smile and very helpful thank you .
The breakfast around the bar was a bit confusing.
Should be all in one area and not scattered around the bar .
The best thing was the sourdough bread and we really appreciated that thank you .
Loved all the cartoon characters and art work around the hotel.
Great air conditioning as it was a warm night and we stayed cool thank you.
The free drink that was offered ' an ice tea' I asked if I could have a sparkling water instead and the bar staff said no I gave the drink card to another guest .
Bathroom a bit on the small side and the room was comfortable with lights under the bed light that lit up when you get up to go to the bathroom .
That was a lovely touch.

The staff were nice. The computer stopped working for a few minutes but got checked in. Later in the night went to get my free drink before leaving for my outing. Bed was very comfy
It was a bit dusty on the glass desk tops, a small smell but went away when I opened the window.

Clean, friendly staff on check in, location was not ideal with all the roadworks but can’t be helped
Food, dinner was bought out separately for all three of us with a wait in between each person. When it arrived it was overcooked and crispy. It was a hamburger. breakfast was not up to the usual standard

The addition of the Elizabeth Line has made this a great location and you get great value, boutique feel for a fraction of the cost.
Not their fault but last two times I have stayed TfL have closed this section of DLR
