The hotel was well located and a short walk or DLR ride from LCY (transfer required). It was clean and tidy and the staff were very efficient and helpful and we were checked in quickly.
However the room was quite small and for a good view book a high floor room as you couldn’t see much from floor 3!

The hotel was close to the event i wanted to go. Receptionists were very nice

The location was good (slightly away from the city center), but close to a train station, making it easy to reach main attractions. The room was comfortable, and overall, the hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of value for money.
There was no mini fridge in the room and they do not provide slippers.

The room was lovely,was a large space and was split into two by tv either side of a divided wall, lounge & bedroom. Lounge sofa converted to another double bed, plenty of room for the three of us. Beds were lovely and comfy. Bathroom was also roomy, and clean. Staff very pleasant and helpful. London City Airport literally just across the road, but glazed windows kept the noise out of the room. Just a few minutes walk from the tube.
Only moan and very slight,lots of hotels around us, but not much else.
