Wonderful
Location of the Ibis hotel was very positive towards our travelling throughout London, with near access to various rail services and eateries within both the Stratford and Westfield shopping centres. We also liked the option of being able to order food from the hotels set menu, via WhatsApp from our own room, with the prices being very reasonable as well. All of the staff that we met were very friendly and helpful. What we also liked was the promotion of recycling within the hotel, with appropriate bins located on each of the landings near to the lifts.
We feel that the breakfast on offer could have been a lot better, although with there being a good selection of food at the buffet, most of what we put onto our plates was near cold making it unappetising and we also noticed a few peoples plates near to us, having left a lot of the same "colder" foods. We felt that there would have been a benefit of using "slow cookers" to keep the food warm, like baked beans, mushrooms etc.

Warm welcome, goid location. Good choice at breakfast.
The room was too hot, A/C didnt work just sent out more warm air so had to open window. The noise level coming from outside the back of the hotel was unreal, hence bo sleep.

Great location. Right beside train station ideal for commute to and from work site. Clean and tidy hotel. Lots of shops and entertainment close by.

It was in the ideal position for the purposes of our stay with the room being in very good order & maintained to that order. The shower was fantastic.
The only small problem was in the breakfast with the scrambled eggs tasting as if they had been made from powdered egg. Every other aspect of the food & drink we spot on!

Perfect location for us. The room was comfortable and clean. We had dinner once, and the food was excellent.
The false fire alarm at eight o'clock on one of the mornings. Although the staff probably couldn't have done much about it

Only the room was nice
I didn't click on to say i was disable and they gave me a room with the shower room for a disable person had a shower water wouldn't go down they came to repair it but the shower room was smelling so bad wasn't happy at all

The room was not too small and thebed was ok size for two.
Well, the location is really too far from everywhere. Also, we got on our first day two dirty towels. The worst scramble eggs, they seemed like powder eggs. But, otherwise, ok breakfast.

Not far from Stratford station and bus to Stansted.
Overall the room would need some refurbishment. The bathroom smelled sewage. A lot of noise from the street even with the windows closed.
