the room was clean and spacious
the hotel staff were friendly
the hotel is staffed 24/7
the location is very good being close to a major train station, buses were even closer and there was a Westfield shopping centre nearby
it could be a bit closer to central london
the streets are a bit overrun and I would not go out there at night

The location is great for getting to the 02 , its a 3 min taxi ride or short walk to Stratford station then 3 stops to North Greenwich .
The hotel is a short walk from Westfields and there is a morrisons 1 minute walk away .
We used Just Park and booked Morrisons car park for £20 for 24hrs .
The staff were very welcoming and informative .
We were disappointed that there were no pillow or mattress protectors used . Our pillows did have marks on . We booked a twin, and it was a zip together mattress , so we may as well have booked a double! Luckily, it was my daughter who I was staying with and not a friend .
The room was very hot and also noisy due to it overlooking a loading bay, which was non-stop through the night . ( I had requested a quiet room if possible)
The sink tap was worn and the water did not run down the plug easily. The toilet handle was also loose and it needed 2 flushes for every use . The shower was ok.
There is a very big step into the bathroom , this should be marked with his disability tape as someone could really take a tumble if unaware . I suffer with joint problems and osteoporosis, thankfully I kept the step in mind .
We left the bathroom light on all night just in case .
I use Ibis often and this is one I wouldn't book again unless I really had no other options .
There were also many homeless people and religious groups within a few yards of the hotel , it was impossible to avoid being called or approached . We did feel quite uncomfortable .

Lovely helpful staff, comfortable room.
The first time I stayed there (for two nights) I was woken up very early on both mornings (about 5.00 am) by very loud
banging noises, probably air in the plumbing? Impossible to sleep while that was happening. I told the staff who said they would inform housekeeping.

It was close to Stratford where we needed to be for abba voyage
The breakfast was poor. No cups , no spoons , things running out quickly and not being replaced. Most of the staff were friendly. Bar was closed at 8:30pm On a Sunday night and only fizzy drinks could be bought.

bed ok The staff are friendly and obliging. Its the room and facilities which are the problem
My kettle doesn't work - rang and asked for a replacement which did come but you have to move the kettle over to the plug by the door and lay it on the floor to boil. Odd and not convenient. The bathroom is not really a bathroom its more like a pod you get on a train. No space, not comfortable or worth the money I paid. The rooms are basic as they come, weird bright red decor strange drawings on the wall strange lamps and strange 'wardrobe area. It feels like a really bad Days Inn and I had thought Ibis was better. I'm sure with the size of the room it could actually be a bit better?
