The views from the room.
The TV and heating didn't work in the first room and there was a hole in the shower head cable of which we told the staff before we went out into London and found out a few hours later that the shower head cable was not done so we had to change rooms

Electric went off whilst we were out. Room didn’t get cleaned, we stayed 3 nights, one day the bed was made and fresh towels put in but no dirty cups, glasses were removed and bathroom was
