Location was brilliant for Elvis Evolution.
Beds where comfy but only 1 pillow each. Had to ask for extra pillows
Room was OK, no phone for reception. Just 2milks, no spoon.. only 2 big towels which were very ruff, no hand towels. Floor in bathroom wasn't very clean.

The location was great. The staff were lovely and helpful.
The worse bed we’ve ever slept in. Solid as a rock. There a small mattress topper on top of a hard thin wooden feel Mattress. Not a comfortable night sleep at all. Floor was probably more comfortable and I Did debate going to the floor but had no other blanket. The air con smells and my daughter woke up with a headache due to the damp smell. Room 321. I had also given this feedback upon checkout

My room had a horrid smell of sewage in the bathroom that wafted into the bedroom due to the wet room door not being able to be shut.

The tv kept coming on when I was asleep! 2.30am and 5.30am.
Couldn’t get back to sleep 2nd time.

Room layout, facilities and staff friendliness.
Very easy to reach (on normal occasions, if there's nothing going on with the London Excel exhibition).
Parking facility advertised: shared with the Novotel next door (actually their's), with cramped location, few spots and overpriced for service.
