Fantastic staff, great location since we were attending an event at the Excel. The restaurant /bar was good also. Adequate but boring breakfast buffett.
Chlorinated tap water(! At least offer free bottle water in the room!!), uneven cleaning, absolutely no change from day to day in the breakfast buffett. Beds not great comfort-wise.

We were able to get access to our room early which was perfect as we had been travelling all day. The chap on reception was incredibly helpful and it made us feel very welcome.
The room was very warm/hot when we arrived but we did open the window and managed to adjust the thermostat so it was easily rectified.

Location very close to underground station and DLR. Everything was clean. The staff were helpful. Good breakfast.

Very clean, close to the venue that we were attending
The cleaners woke us both mornings (saturday and sunday) at 7am banging about in the corridor outside our room with their cleaning equipment and talking very loudly. Also, the mattresses were very hard

It was clean and the bed was comfortable.
The location was good for Excel Arena and O2 Arena.
As mentioned by others, its on the flight path to Heathrow. If you like fresh air in your room, then you wont enjoy the sound of the airplanes. If you don’t mind keeping the windows closed and using aircon then it’s less intrusive.

Located in a very quiet area, close to the London City Airport, although in an area opposite Heathrow Airport.
It wasn't really difficult to find the hotel; next to Novotel.
The check-in process is very quick. The staff is nice and welcoming. The room and the toilet were impeccable.
It seems that the bar, although tiny, was open till late night. Food was also available.
Elizabeth line runs directly into the very center of London in about 30 minutes, and to Heathrow Airport in about an hour.
The light in the room was a bit dim. The lamp by the desk didn't work (or I didn't know how to turn it on.
