I needed to go to an O2 show and it is just across the street. Lovely hotel and staff. Good breakfast as well.
Nothing that the hotel could do about it but there was construction work in the street outside the hotel. They were still working past 1 am...

Great value for money, especially for London. The hotel is in a very convenient location, close to the metro station (30 minutes to the city center).
Breakfast was good, with enough variety, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Everything was clean and well looked after.
Overall, a very good stay. Would definitely come back.

Very convenient check in process, and ample space in the room. It's also highly accessible, as it's right across the station. Shops, fast food, and restaurants also within walking distance from the hotel.

If you are going by public transport, thisis very convenient next to several train lines. By taxi it is less easy but ok.
The staff wasn't very aware of the procedure of ordering transport for me. They use a private company but hiding that suggesting it is a normal taxi. First day the taxi didnt show up at all and I had to take the train. Second day they pointed me to the wrong car and I ended up in an uber ordered by someone else (the Uber driver also didnt ask for my name).

Rooms were very comfortable and staff were always friendly. Location is alright if you take a bus or the tube to London center if that’s where you’re heading towards.
Breakfast had various options (meaning the hotel put effort into it) but the countries cuisine speaks for itself imo.

The room was spacious, the bathroom was well equipped and clean, the beds were comfortable. Location was just outside the Canning Town underground metro station. The staff were friendly and the building atmosphere was cosy.
One of us seemed to have minor bed bug bites.

Location is great. Only 4 minutes from the station. The staff at the bar was very kind.
There was a strong smell of stale water in the room. The draining of the sink was very slow. The reception looks like a table in a bar which was kind of strange. Hair dryer cannot be used in the bathroom because of the outlet. Tv was glitching sometimes.

We stayed one night before a morning flight from City Airport. It was great for that purpose. Across the street from the tube station made for easy entrance and exit. The obvious entrance into the hotel has three stairs inside, but there is a lift for the luggage. We got in kind of late and did not see the lift, but we used it the following morning. The room was normal sized and clean. The shower was good. I would use it again if I flew out of City Airport.
We had to leave for the airport at 06:15 and the breakfast was not yet open. Really would have liked that breakfast considering the lack of breakfast choices at the airport.

The location was great but the staff was even better Corey who checked us in was an absolute star! We had a great chat and a good laugh while checking in and then every time he would see us he would be ever so polite and smiley. Hands down best experience white hotel personnel. He was an absolute star
