We appreciate that the hotel was exceptionally clean.
I initially paid for a larger room with two double beds, but I mistakenly booked the wrong one. As soon as I realised it wasn't a single double bed, I called the hotel to address the issue. However, they proceeded with the charge, and unfortunately, I received a very small room instead. I value space, so I was quite disappointed. I wouldn't have paid that amount for such a small room.

I had an emergency and had to look for another hotel. I booked this one and came in 40 minutes, checked in earlier without any request from my side. The guys are great there, very friendly and polite. The room was very clean, comfortable with extremely cozy bed. Breakfast was tasty, everything was nice in the restaurant. I was lucky that they had a room available for me.
There is a DLR station, like 2 minutes from the hotel, it's convenient to go to Tower Gateway.
I'll definitely come again when I visit London.

So clean and friendly
We’re old and on sticks and there were no buses near and the walk from the train was very dark and felt unsafe as if you could be mugged
