Staff at the reception. We booked for one night and booked two separate beds ( which cost more). When I was checking in I asked Pedro at the reception if he can make sure if we have two separate beds. He said he gave me double bed and a sofa. Which is not what was requested and paid at the time of booking. He said well it’s better than a twin room. When I asked him to put us in a room we paid for. He was not happy and simply rude. Only when I asked why he was so rude he stopped himself and after checking with housekeeping he managed to put us in twin room. I feel this was very unnecessary. At the same time the line at the check in was getting bigger but other staff members were more busy with putting Halloween decorations than helping with checking in

The room was comfortable and clean. The food in the restaurant was great and the staff were friendly and helpful. The price was good too. I really like that the room keys are wooden rather than plastic too - nice touch.

Welcoming staff. decent breakfast.... Could make a lovely sausage and bacon bap. Lovely hot chocolate. Our room was late and spacious, and we had a lovely view of the airport and a rowing club. :-)
Maybe complimentary water in the room would be nice
