Wonderful
Very clean and comfortable. Comfortable beds. Excellent value. Good choice for breakfast.
Very little storage. Okay for a night or two but not ideal for a longer stay.

So went to see our daughter in the t100 at the excel.The only mistake I made was getting off at customs house tube station which made it a 20 min walk to the hotel
So the rooms are modern, very clean and believe me ,my missus will find something she doesn't like but she couldn't.
We had some food , just burger and chips, nachos etc, was very tasty and nothing you'd call expensive.
The breakfast was again amazing and good value but I sorry we have to say, everyone of the staff, from bar to behind the desk were really really helpful and polite
Special thanks to Adam on the front desk, from personal tour guide to general nothing is too much of s problem ,I'm here if you need me guy so well done, made my wife very comfortable and happy and that doesn't happen very often

It was so convenient for the DLR to get us into the centre, and to our venue in the evening. I was expecting a standard room, but what I had was spacious. Incredibly clean, well maintained, and the breakfast options were amazing.

The breakfast was great, the staff were friendly. It was close to the Excel for a conference I was attending and transit options were convenient. The air conditioning was great for the hot weather and the hotel was very clean.
There wasn't much storage for clothing and there was no safe in the room.
