Location
Lack of communication with staff. Lack of response to my email after stay. Lack of refund of £50 deposit after my stay and an additional charge, without explanation what is for. Beds were uncomfortable, air con extremely noisy. I am still waiting for and correspondence and answer for my email.

3min walk from the Royal Albert DLR station. Handy for the o2 arena. Direct train using DLR to tower gate/tower of London in 25 min. Close to London City airport. Helpful friendly staff.
There are not many restaurants or bars in this area. Its just offices,modern apartments exhibition centre.

Fantastic hotel, the room was beautiful and spacious same as the bathroom, very comfortable bed. I enjoyed the breakfast it gave me energy for the rest of the day.
I like everything about the hotel. Looking forward to my next visit.

The property has great views.
Looks modern from the outside and easy to move about on the inside.
Per the location, the charges are alright.
The cleaners rarely change sheets. Even if they come in to clean, they redress your bed with same sheets. I wasn’t impressed at all.
The bathroom wasn’t very clean and the sinks have plumbing issues.

The environment was ok.
The staff who attended to us after the room allocation for the third room was calm and a good listener and politely asked as to check the room if we are okay and offered us drink to refresh ourselves
The first room was not well cleaned
Second room very smelly and I think there was drainage problem
Third room was ok but was expecting a bigger bed.
I think the parking fee in their parking was expensive and shouldn't have been charged
