Amazing A/C - much needed in the 38°c weather we had that day. Clean room, nice bar and restaurant.

Good location for events in the O2, close to tube and buses so many options for connections. Smiley staff, very informative and ready to help. Breakfast was nice but not exceptional by any means. :)
Cleanliness was very good but not perfect (9/10), random strands of hair here and there plus I found fake eyelashes from a previous guest next to the bin. As far as I'm aware, windows cannot be opened. AC was fully functional and useful, however, fresh air sometimes is best. :)

Customer service was exceptional. From the reception staff to the kitchen staff at breakfast and the cleaning staff everyone was very professional and friendly. They all felt like they were part of the same team and made us all feel welcome. Excellent customer service with a smile which is rare to find these days wherever you go, keep it up!

Parking facilities
I’ve stayed in many Holiday Inn hotels but this one is a disgrace to the name. Upon checking in we found hair on the beds. When we called reception they checked and moved us to a new room which also had hair under the pillow. We didn’t complain though there was no point.
