The room was clean and warm. It is just beside DLR station which is convenient for travelling. This is my first trip to London planned at last minute and looking for good hotel within budget, but at same time not very far from major attraction or good with public transport and this hotel is exactly same.
I am not very impressed with breakfast and dinner menus. I had a four cheese toast in the afternoon and was not up-to the mark with the price. I always like to eat my dinner at hotel quietly after long day of roaming, but didn’t do this time as dinner menus are not very convincing.

The support of dining staff Vira and Priya in particular, they were really kind.
My judgment is extremely negative because I chose the hotel or the baby crib availability but once there the baby crib was missing the mattress. Not only this, when I complained the simple answer was that they call mattress the rigid bottom of portable crib. My baby had to sleep on the stroller, because he couldn't sleep more than one hour per night in the crib. The receiption guy was simply not kind at all. It's a pity, because the other people in the personnel were relaly kind.
