All great - obviously quite a new hotel so everything 'nearly new'. Location was excellent, staff very friendly and professional
Pillows could have been wider and the shower gel/soap smell is not nice

The hotel was central for commuting to temporary work arrangements, staff really friendly and helpful.
Rooms were really spacious and clean, food was ok
I think £20 per night for parking is a bit extreme, but I also understand that we are in London so may be it’s the going rate

Room was beautiful bed very comfy bathroom beautiful excellent Adam young lad on reception had only been there 2weeks he checked us in and out of the property he was very pleasant and very helpful .explained how to book the Ubers in fact he showed us how to book them really lovely lad . Phoned the night before spoke to receptionist and she emailed me details how to get to hotel underground etc nothing was too much trouble but it would have been to much for his as we have trouble with mobility. Also explained how to get to the 02 hope your staff read this review as it concerns everyone have no trouble booking here again even better if I win a free night lol
Thoughts drinks in bar were very expensive could have bought a bottle of vodka the price I paid for 2 drinks .breakfast wasn’t a big choice no bananas but it didn’t spoil our stay would stay again .

The bathroom was great, the breakfast was very good, and the staff were ready to rearrange the table for the next customer.

The location
The stuff was rude as well as the manager. I booked a twine bed and got one single bed. When I ask them to cancel my reservation they said I will be charged if I do that

The room was nice, and the bed was a nice size and comfortable. Air conditioning worked well and maintained the room at a comfortable temperature.
Breakfast was excellent and there was a good variety to choose from.
Only a few minutes from the nearest DLR station, and a short walk to the Excel.
There was no heating in the toilet, so it was chilly at times, especially after using the shower.
The window doesn't open, so no fresh air option.
