The support of dining staff Vira and Priya in particular, they were really kind.
My judgment is extremely negative because I chose the hotel or the baby crib availability but once there the baby crib was missing the mattress. Not only this, when I complained the simple answer was that they call mattress the rigid bottom of portable crib. My baby had to sleep on the stroller, because he couldn't sleep more than one hour per night in the crib. The receiption guy was simply not kind at all. It's a pity, because the other people in the personnel were relaly kind.

The only good thing is location
The rooms were dirty, with mold in the bathroom, and the carpet was old and stained. The children’s bed wasn’t even made. There was terrible noise, and the sound coming through the window was especially bad. There was also an unpleasant smell, and the windows couldn’t be opened. The room itself was small, and the breakfast was awful. The bread was poor quality, the scrambled eggs tasted like they were made from powder, and the only vegetables offered were tomatoes — which were inedible. Our children and we ended up eating mostly croissants. The sausage was terrible, and the complete lack of vegetables was shocking. The coffee was weak, and overall the breakfast selection was extremely limited and quite awful.
