The room was efficient, the bathroom had the essential needs, and it was overall clean
Some of the staff seemed rather rude, or not polite. The breakfast felt the same generic, and the room overall was okay.

Excellent breakfast , room very clean, close to the London city airport, train and bus are very convenient to take, the hotel is in the right spot. The location is easy to move around in London.

Every Year I attend WTM London and stay at your hotel. All Good. No Complaints. Staff like Jyoti always accommodates our request for quite room.
I am happy with all services provided at the hotel. Enjoy the city airport flight view and the river. We have a Chinese restaurant which is very close and convenient.
