I like the breakfast as it comes with lots of options. I also like the staff. They were really nice especially the ones behind the bar and the kitchen staff
The room was not properly cleaned. The toilet seat did not look sparkling clean. Even the washer zinc. I could still see some dirt. The beds were not comfortable at all. They did not feel like original foam. The room was generally not safe for my 17-year-old due to lack of space. My baby kept bumping her. The sofa bed looked ancient and exposed steel when stretched. The rug also looked stale and made the room stuffy and gave serious allergy to my wife. I don't think its worth the extra cash I paid. There are no facilities, and quite a distance from the city.

We were there with 2 kids. The location was excellent, very close to the DLR station and very accessible. Room and breakfast very good.

The staff were world class in every department. Genuinely, every touchpoint I had with them brought a smile and a kind exchange that brought joy to my day (shout out to Cynthia, the cleaner and receptionist as well as many others). I was so surprised how exceptionally consistent this was.

This hotel has very friendly staff. The location is just a few meters from public transport, which takes you directly to the Tower in the city center. Across the road, there is an airport, making it a dream destination for plane enthusiasts. There is no need to worry about aircraft noise, as no flights operate during the night (Or at least we did not notice)
The breakfast was disappointing. The selection was quite limited, and most of the food lacked flavor. There was not much to choose from.
In the room, there was no way to open the window and let in fresh air. There was also very little storage space, so if you are staying for more than a few days, this can be quite inconvenient.
The Wi-Fi signal was very weak in our room. However, this may have been specific to our room, as the connection worked perfectly fine in the reception area.
The double bed was quite small, and only one duvet was provided. If you prefer more personal space during the night or separate duvets, a double room in this hotel may not be the best choice for you

We had a lovely stay, very comfortable room and the staff were very friendly and accommodating they offered us a quiet room at the back of the hotel but we asked if we could have a room with a view over the Thames and they had a available room and offered us a room win a sofa bed in our room that was really nice to have somewhere comfortable to sit during our stay. There was a nice selection of food for breakfast and they replenished is before anything run out.
On this stay there wasn’t anything we didn’t like.
