The staff were so courteous, smiling always, professional, quick to fix any issues. I enjoyed the lovely chickpea and sweet potato curry for my evening meal which was the best I've ever eaten. The staff work so so hard in this hotel. They genuinely care about people. The lovely ladies in the restaurant were so sweet and kind. I think all deserve a huge thank you.
We didn't get two single beds which would have made our stay even better but the following day we did. Thqnk you for giving us an amazing time. We send you our great thanks.

Every Year I attend WTM London and stay at your hotel. All Good. No Complaints. Staff like Jyoti always accommodates our request for quite room.
I am happy with all services provided at the hotel. Enjoy the city airport flight view and the river. We have a Chinese restaurant which is very close and convenient.

Convenient for my plans and easy to find
Our “Accessible “ room was on the second floor. This was ok for one night as I was there to help but had my 89 year old mother been alone she would not have managed to find her way using the lift.
The Accessible room had a double bed when two single beds would have been more appropriate. Also the “double” room for my brother and his wife was in another floor and had twin beds.
