Expect a bigger bed for the price you pay. a double (small) is not acceptable for a hotel thats £165 for the night.

Location ok Breakfast very poor, not any vegetarian options on hot food counter orange juice watered down
Two ladies travelling together a man just walked into our room. 8.30pm had to move room as TV not working. New room TV still not working had to go back down again to seek help. Next day ate evening at restaurant pizza was a frozen pizza that was wet and soggy Chips not cooked slightly raw. Went back to room could not get in card not working, manager agreed regarding the pizza and explained that the cleaners had left the key card in by accident that’s why it didn’t work All in All a very bad experience

All staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and for our stay big enough as we travelled to London for leisure. Breakfast was perfect. Easy access to DLR and Elizabeth line.
