We were very weary following a long flight, and a long walk. We showed up to store our bags and they offered us our room very early, this was such a great offer we accepted gratefully. The staff were so very helpful.

The staff was amazingly helpful! They worked hard to answer all of our visitor questions and the location to the Royal Albert Line was perfect! The breakfast every morning was one of the largest we have had in all our travels the food was fresh and good.

Was clean and room was spacious
Was not great to be disturbed 3 times by the cleaning staff when I had a late checkout at 2pm. Had a knock at the door around 10:30, informed them i already have late checkout. Knock at the door again around 12ish and then again at 1:30.

Great hotel very close to Excel arena where we visited for the 'Elvis Evolution'. It is in a quiet location easy to get to on tube/DLR.
Staff were super friendly and accommodation was really clean.
Our room was spacious with very large tv and very large shower. Breakfast was enjoyable and well presented.
Everything in the hotel was good for us. DLR was closed during our visit so we had to use crowded rail replacement bus, but this wasn't a major probem.

Excellent breakfast , room very clean, close to the London city airport, train and bus are very convenient to take, the hotel is in the right spot. The location is easy to move around in London.
