Fantastic hotel, the room was beautiful and spacious same as the bathroom, very comfortable bed. I enjoyed the breakfast it gave me energy for the rest of the day.
I like everything about the hotel. Looking forward to my next visit.

The property has great views.
Looks modern from the outside and easy to move about on the inside.
Per the location, the charges are alright.
The cleaners rarely change sheets. Even if they come in to clean, they redress your bed with same sheets. I wasn’t impressed at all.
The bathroom wasn’t very clean and the sinks have plumbing issues.

The environment was ok.
The staff who attended to us after the room allocation for the third room was calm and a good listener and politely asked as to check the room if we are okay and offered us drink to refresh ourselves
The first room was not well cleaned
Second room very smelly and I think there was drainage problem
Third room was ok but was expecting a bigger bed.
I think the parking fee in their parking was expensive and shouldn't have been charged

Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. During our stay, there was a fire at the hotel and we had to leave the property and find alternative accommodation ourselves. This was an extremely stressful and difficult situation, especially as we were left without a proper solution for the night.
What was even more disappointing was that we were not refunded the full amount of our final night, despite not being able to stay at the hotel and having to make our own arrangements elsewhere.
We understand that emergencies can happen and that a fire is an unforeseen situation. However, we expected much better communication, support and a full refund for the night we could not use. Overall, this was a very unpleasant experience and not what we expected from our stay.

The stuff was very friendly and helpful. Room quite large. Comfortable and large bathroom. Fresh warm breakfast. Nice hotel restaurant at night.
Good location for London ExCel events. Just 5 min. walk from ExCel.
The price on Booking.com was overpriced. I canceled it for 467EUR and bokked from another site.
Pillows were very hard and stiff. I asked for a fluffy one, and stuff brought me another hard one:)
Quite far from the city center. Some 50 min. by public transport.
