Wonderful
Hotel is in a good location with lots of public transport links and within walking distance to London city airport, staff were friendly and welcoming. Hotel was clean and the room was a decent size.
Shower was blocked but was sorted the day I reported it. Breakfast was ok could do with a few more options and a bigger seating area as when busy it can be a struggle to get a table. No shops nearby closest is around 30/40 minutes by train.

Location, plenty of parking albeit £15, had twin beds and they were a nice size and very comfortable, pillows were lovely, breakfast had good variety hot and cold but was busy so had to wait on hot food and good amenities in the bathroom. Also, I liked the text that I received a few minutes after going in the room asking if everything was okay.
Wait to check-in only one person and others walking around but didn’t come to help. Wait on hot food that ran out at breakfast.

Check out was for 12:00 but I had staff knocking at my door at 11:40am asking if I’m checking out . I really didn’t appreciate such service

They accepted to store my frozen food in their freezer but at checkout I realised the food was bad because they stored it in a fridge not a freezer .

Nice location, very quiet.
Polite staff , welcoming and pleasant.
Breakfast included in price was very nice and plenty to choose from, Cereal through to cheeses fruits yoghurt and a selection of hot freshly prepared English breakfast choices. Lots of fresh juices and tea or coffee to choose from clean restaurant and attentive staff throughout. Parking was £15 per 24 hours which was reasonably priced for London.
Sadly the only thing we found fault with was dirty bedding left within the rooms sofa bed. We requested clean bedding which was bought to our room. That is the only fault we had throughout our two night stay.
