The shower was good..good pressure, instant temperature, good amenities.
The airport nearby isn't a problem.
There were a bit too many for what I expected.
No fridge in the room, the safe was broken...and the most important..no opening window...so you could naturally ventilate the room.
Then there was the cleaning...the windows were very dirty and dusty, the rooms with some stains...
And...moreover...the common places like halls, lobby, near the elevators.. I could see bottles on the floor, papers..garbage..It really was an uncommon view.
The breakfast was too basic.

It was clean, good breakfast and nice bed.
The location is pretty far for my liking if you want to visit central London.

Staff were warm and friendly. Great location. Easy parking although had to pay. Breakfast was exceptional. Good facilities and modern decor.
Rooms were pokey. Foot pouffe was filthy and stained with all colours of fluids. Only had three tissues in the box. No extra bedding. Room temp couldn't be adjusted so was very cold. Carpets in the room and out in the corridor were stained. Fold out sofa sofa bed had no bedding on it, found stale food folded in it and the very thin mattress on it was marked with what I can only describe as skid marks from someone sitting on it without underwear (faeces stains).

Not much to report - quite disappointing
Breakfast - very basic
Our bed was fixed right next to the wall which left no space to get out of bed on that side. There was a tiny stand very squished.
There was a gap at the head of the bed, where pillows kept pushing down, unsure if the mattress is the wrong size.
No spare cushions- cushions very basic
The shower plug was broken, the water from the shower took some time to drain, a lot of shower water spilled over into the bathroom from the shower tray.
There were no slippers or dressing robes.
No additional toiletries in the bathroom, the bottles were fixed to the wall, most of which are almost empty.
Furniture in the room is stained and worn.
Quite a few of the electrical sockets do not work, so we had to try them all to use one.
Some staff met were friendly, others appeared fed up unaware of people waiting, to check in or get served at the bar.
