Location was good and so easy to get into London
Staff seemed rude and not bothered there was no effort from them.. may aswell stay in a travel lodge where you check yourself in

Staff exceptionally helpful, dlr station close by, nice and relaxed atmosphere in the bar of an evening, and breakfast was excellent

The view from the top floor was lovely, floor to ceiling windows looking over the water.
The only thing I didn’t like was how warm the room got but I think that’s to be expected on the top floor.

Just the location
Breakfast was not good and enough, they told us that it is late breakfast on sunday, but at 10.30 am there was nothing to eat. They served cold omelette as breakfast
