I loved the distance of the hotel to the train station, and other amenities, like the park. I also enjoyed how welcoming and accommodating the staff were/always are.
1. The breakfast, terrible! I’ve been here four times now, and while I return for its affordability and train, i can wholeheartedly confirm that the breakfast needs a lot of improvements. The eggs are soo terrible, and so is practically everything else, with the exception of the juice, condiments, waffles and fruits — maybe! The options are truly limited, and are not made with love, in my honest opinion. If the breakfast doesn’t matter to you then by all means.
2. When asked, service is offered, but housekeeping is not consistent. They’ll take the garbage out and maybe change the towels, but the linen, even with noticeable stains were not changed.

All OK on that front, Hotel staff very helpful in changing our arrival dates.
Went for a Festive weekend in London, not one Christmas decoration on the site. very sad & disapointing.
All other Hotels in that row had decorations in the windows & bar / reception areas.
Want to know why really.

Good basic hotel if you're at the excel. Close to 2 DLR stations. Nice size rooms and a good mix for a simple breakfast. Nice to have a bar and simple menu on property.

Rooms a good size, we had a twin room and the beds were large single bed. Nice shower room.
Not much we didn't like other than not any other bars or restaurants around the hotel however we knew that. We chose this hotel for the proximity to Excel

We had a recently stay at the hotel. When we went to the room was so cold the heater doesn’t work properly. The water kettle doesn’t work blanket was not a warm and cozy. This time was waste of money.
