We stayed with the family and it was great. Breakfast had very good options and the reception always served water which was nice. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The view from the room was nice too.

Hotel is conveniently located near a DLR station. Surrounding area is quiet and calm. Reception staff and other staff were friendly.
Breakfast was awesome with a variety of choices, and my daughter loved it. Staff in the Breakfast area were very friendly and helpful.
Bed could be softer. I found the bed very hard and uncomfortable to sleep on.

Clean, nice showers, comfy beds. Breakfast had great options for gluten free.
The aircon was broken when we got there, took them a couple of calls and time to come up to fix it so we had to get ready to go out in a very warm room. Had a room for 3 people which had a double bed and a pull out double sofa bed, the room wasn’t really big enough for 3 people or two double beds so it was a bit tight to walk around and not bump into each other while getting ready. This Hilton also doesn’t offer room service which we weren’t made aware of when we booked.
