Wonderful
A very comfortable bed and car parking facility was an advantage. Nearby walking distance DLR train station is an asset for traveling. Breakfast was excellent too

Disappointing
The initial experience was good it was in a good location with regards to the excel. Breakfast was average at best and the evening meal set up was quite strange. food was very basic and i wouldn't be eating there again.
I was woken up by an alarm going off in someone's room. It went off for 45 minutes constantly. I asked reception after say 30 minutes to ask the person to turn it off. I was told via email that because they had do not disturb on their door and they didn't answer either phone or knock (which i heard no attempt on that room I WAS UP AND LISTENING). Policy states they cannot do anything. so they seem to be happy that i will not use Hampton by Hilton again on the back of this (this is somewhat fine). So note to self......leave loud music/alarms on, do not open the door but have the do not disturb sign on and all is good.........

Hotel is in a good location with lots of public transport links and within walking distance to London city airport, staff were friendly and welcoming. Hotel was clean and the room was a decent size.
Shower was blocked but was sorted the day I reported it. Breakfast was ok could do with a few more options and a bigger seating area as when busy it can be a struggle to get a table. No shops nearby closest is around 30/40 minutes by train.

Top floor, great view of the city.
Comfortable, clean, quiet. What you'd expect.
Breakfast was slow, approaching close, say 20 mins, we were still stood waiting for the buffet breakfast items to come out. No organisation, appeared to be a free for all. Kitchen was not organised to get items out in efficient manner.

Quite often when you book an accessible room you arrive to find that the room is not as accessible as it claims to be, here was not the case. Room was plenty big enough for me to get around in my chair and transfer safely onto the bed. The bathroom was an actual wet room with plenty of space for transferring onto the shower chair, sturdy grab rails and multiple emergency cords in case of falls.
Reception has a lowered desk for checking in/ordering at the bar, lifts were a good size and staff were very accommodating at breakfast and just genuinely accommodating to my needs. Will definitely stay here again as a wheelchair user.

Great access and location without the hustle of centre of London, we arranged lots of activities within 48 hours, speed boat, squid game, London tower, Paddington, London dungeon, Paddington’s and shrek plus food, travel, site seeing loved it all and hotel was amazing clean, friendly staff who also accommodated our bags before and after checking in/out amazing stay will return. This is one of the only hotels I have not just had toast for my breakfast too (picky eater not any hotels fault) but had breakfast both days. Good location for plane watching

The hotel was great for a four-day trip around London. The DLR station was very close, so we had no trouble getting to the city center quickly.
The children also felt comfortable.
On the first and last day we just missed some grocery store nearby, since we had organized transport from the airport to the hotel and back.

Location. There was an event going on the same time we arrived and some of the roads weee closed. We could not get into the hotel at first.
