Location, facilities, room, breakfast
Parking - would like to be sure parking is always available.
Room, bathroom, shower, the lover part of fittings and grout on ceramic tiles should be better kept clean

The location
One of the staff at reception was not very friendly or helpful. Her customer service was not great. The room initially given was awful. One of the other ladies was very helpful and offered to upgrade our room however, the AC was not working in the room. There were cracks in the walls, rust on the sink and the sick was blocked. During breakfast, we asked Maria for ice and she angrily answered no. Overall it wasn’t the best experience and we will not be choosing this hotel again in the future.

It was a great location and we were able to get to the Excel for the event.
We had to pay extra for parking. I was told once parked I wasn’t allowed to park there. There is a lack of signage to say where you can park.
The beds were quite uncomfortable and I could feel the springs. It was also very noisy during the night and when with a toddler, this is less than ideal.

The location
Upon arrival tmwe were greeted by a gentleman in the carpark with what appeared to be heroin in a needle while smoking what smelt like canabis. we were greeted fine by the reception staff, but when we got to our room we discovered that the latch on the bathroom door wasn't locking. With a toddler thats walking this isn't good as she would be able to get in to the toilet. There was no bags on any of the bins in the room, main bedroom or bathroom alike. After I complained about this via text message I managed to get it to lock with a degree of difficulty! Later on as the night started to settle in and it was chilling down we discovered that the heating/air-conditioning control module on the wall was switched off, after countless attempts still nothing. We then headed out for food and mentioned to staff at reception and they said they would get it fixed, when we returned. We returned and asked if it had been fixed and we was told yeah. We got back to our room and guess what... still no heating, while we were cold as we had been outside we called reception and said again about the heating (3rd time now) and the receptionist come and reset somthing on a box outside our room and then knocked to tell us it was sorted and that was fine.... well for the first night it was, the 2nd evening when we came back after being out all day and guess what, the heating didn't work, this time it wasn't the control box that wasn't working it was the heating was not working, no cold air and no hot air coming out. We ended up sleeping in extra clothing and wrapping our toddler up in extra clothing for the night because we have reported this numerous times and its still not repaired. Nowhere in the room was there extra pillows or blankets/duvets incase we needed them ether.
In all honesty I would highly recommend anyone not to stay at your establishment due to how bad our stay was.

If you have breakfast included and you have to left early they didn’t offer you anything, apart of coffee, but we asked in the morning and the reception girl gave us 2 apple and 2 orange

My car was stolen from the car park on the first night of our visit.
Would not recommend staying at this hotel if you own a Lexus/Toyota or Range Rover as these are the cars targeted.
