Functional clean no frills accommodation similar to a Travelodge. Close to DLR station.
Breakfast items were hot and buffet was replenished well by staff but overall fairly limited choice and quality below what I expected with the Hilton name. Coffee was also poor.

Great hotel, great location for Excell, easy to drive to and park. Good breakfast included, nice rooms comfy pillows.
Not much not to like, I have stayed a number of times before, and I always think it is a shame that more attention is not put into the car park area trimming the greenery and making sure it looks it's best. It really would not take much input to lift the feeling when you first arrive by car.

The staff were rude and unhelpful
The AC in our room was broken
The room was tired with paint peeling
We were woken up at 01:35 by an alarm in the room, which was connected to the faulty AC
When I informed the supervisor on site, she informed me it's not her problem due to the fact I booked through Booking.com
I've stayed at many Hilton properties, and this by far was the worst

Excellent breakfast- lots of variety and food tasty.

Nice quiet area
Bed very uncomfortable and creaking every time we moved. Pillows very uncomfortable. Expected better quality pillows and bed. Chair in room was worn and uncomfortable . No complimentary toothpaste or cotton buds. Very poor quantities of tea,coffee, milk and sugar

When we arrived the lifts had broken. My friend has mobility issues therefore this was a concern for us. Two members of staff ( 1 make and the female) whom I don’t know their names went over and above to fund us a room in a lower floor snd helped with cases etc. they were superb.
