I reported that the shower was flooding the bathroom floor at reception for 2 days and nothing was done to solve the problem oroffer an alternative room

Room & location was good.
Room wasn’t serviced on the first day despite being empty from 10:30am when the ‘Do not disturb’ tag was removed.
The air conditioning was controlled centrally and didn’t work properly as the room was freezing despite being set to 21deg. Complained several times but was not resolved.

No windows in the room. Good variation on the breakfast but the cooked breakfast was really awful, no taste and seemed poor quality.
