The Breakfast is great..beds are amazing.
Lack of facilities in the room - bath accesorizes, bathrobe, slippers...and either the doors are old and bad or the people are simply slamming them during the night.

Location was good.Good disabled parking close to reception.
Nice and warm welcome from staff.
Room was nice and comfortable,spacious and quiet.
good location for restaurant’s and travel facilities.
Discussed showering seat may need replacing as water damage/old in appearance.
Discussed grey chair was soiled/wet and dirty to inspection lady, who removed the cushion and never returned it, so we never used the seats a s this put us off from using the other seat also.Reported this to reception on leaving.

Great location for ExCel, friendly and helpful staff, powerful shower, good choice at the breakfast buffet. Even though it was relatively basic it was nice, clean and comfortable, perfect for a 2 night stay.
The room didn't have much space to open suitcases. We only had 2 small cabin cases so managed but if we'd had big cases it would have been difficult. Would have liked a spare pillow and blanket in the cupboard to use when needed in the night. Food at the bar was just fine.
