Carpark, food and place. Location is good, food is great.
Only 20cm gap, space wall from bed and no chance to comfortable access in one side. Not professional if one person on reception speak with guests and make cleaner function in the bar areas. So, receptionist is not cleaner. Bar staff must be have separate staff Or please don’t use the „Hilton” part name.

The staff were very helpful. The room had everything we needed. We had dinner in the restaurant which was really good quality and not too expensive. The distance from the venue was within walking distance. The breakfast was really good, had a very good selection.
The bed was a bit too firm and the pillows were far too soft.
Cheap toilet paper quality. The overall bathroom was lovely, with good quality toiletries. The toilet paper was awful.

Nice and clean hotel within a walking distance from ExCel. Staff were extremely nice and helpful. Breakfast was great. Everything was adequate and of a good standard. Overall we had a lovely stay.

Clean and cheap for London. Buffet breakfast was good value, plenty different foods to choose from.
Transport links were not great, DLR not running to Royal Albert whilst we were there, although to be fair that’s not the fault of the hotel.

I was able to request a room on lower floor, staff were polite and helpful. Clean spaces throughout.
Price for 2 nights was quite a lot. Couldnt request fried eggs at breakfast.
