The rooms were spacious, comfortable and clean.
The only thing that bothers me and my family was that the sink in the bathrooms were not flawing properly, so when we used it the water stays out not going through the drain.

The staff were friendly and welcoming, and check-in was quick and easy. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Overall, the hotel was well presented.
The location was further from central London than we expected. The TV only had basic Freeview channels with poor picture quality and no streaming services, some of the room phone buttons didn't work, there were no bin liners in the bins, there was no room service, and it would have been nice to be able to open a window for some fresh air. Overall, the room felt below what we expected for the price.

Loved everything except the staff at the breakfast area. Great location, lovely staff at the main reception, very clean rooms, 5star standard . But that lady in charge of breakfast is soo rude. I paid for my breakfast, you can’t be talking to me like I’m your 3 year old ma’am

Very clean. The blonde lady cleaner I met is soo hardworking and soo observant about the needs of the guests . She deserves all the accolades and probably a pay rise!
The staff at the breakfast especially that lady I believe is in charge was soo rude for no reason. You can’t relate to us like kids. We paid for the breakfast ma’am ! I was literally pissed every single morning. But I love the hotel , NGL, aside the reception at the breakfast. I’d score the hotel a cool 8/10
