I like the cleanliness of the hotel most especially the rooms and common areas. The environment is also serene with less noise. One can concentrate to do work and also sleep better
the breakfast is good but it be improved upon. The sausages are bacon and pork for those that don’t eat that find it difficult to eat. I advise to be mixed with fish and chicken which will make more sense. But overall is good

The staff are really rude and moody and also removed the breakfast 15 mins early so couldn’t even enjoy the full breakfast and also they don’t restock on breakfast

Luscious linen and comfortable bed. Lovely bathroom. Good breakfast selection.
Breakfast was rather busy and chaotic. The soundproofing in my room 720 was poor and the Spanish guests in the room opposite kept me awake a lot, often chatting and laughing in the hall right outside my room. When I asked for late checkout in the morning so that I could have an extra hour to make up for it, I had to pay, even though it wasn't my fault that there was excessive noise. I believe that in instances like this it should be granted to the customer because of the inconvenience but I was made to pay to catch up on lost rest. The second it hit 1 pm, the cleaner was banging on the door and waiting on me to leave.
