The size of the room was great it was really spacious which I wasn't expecting. The food was good from the restaurant. Free breakfast buffet in the morning and I ordered room service which was great.
I discovered that parking had to be paid for which wasn't clear when I booked. I had to pay I think £20 per day so £60 over the three days.

Room was ok…pillows not as comfy as a premier inn. Breakfast was amazing. Location was central for what we wanted, Felt the reception area comfy chairs were very outdated and tired compared to the rest of the accommodation.staff were exceptional and very friendly.

Lovely staff. All so friendly and engaging. From reception to hospitality staff to the maintenance staff. Every single one acknowledged you with a a hello and smile.
Lack of GF options for breakfast and also the restaurant menu. Usually holiday inn is quite good with this but not this hotel

The room was very comfortable and clean, perfect walk to the Aquatics Centre along quiet road. Breakfast was excellent.
The staff were fantastic, friendly and extremely polite, a great representation!
Nothing I can think of on this trip! It was just what we ordered.

Rooms are spacious, shower very good. Breakfast good and all the staff without exception were friendly and efficient. Very handy for public transport into central London (and every where else). The price is very good too.
