Great location for what we wanted and close to where we needed to be.Within easy walking distance to train and shopping centre.
Long way from airports and transport options limited if flights early in morning.

Room was a good size, comfortable and clean. I enjoyed the enclosed shower as water from showering was contained in the enclosure.
Bed was of good size and comfortable.
The first disappointing thing was the price of parking my car overnight in your car park (£38.00).
This price is excessive when compared with other similar hotels such as Holiday Inn-Wembley - North West London where an overnight parking space is approximately £20.00

Very comfortable spacious room. Nice bedding & towels. Private parking at extra cost very good. For a large hotel was very good but obviously lacked character.
A bit of a bun fight to get breakfast as self service area quite small for number of guests.

The staff made this hotel , I travel a lot and never meet such a team of great friendly people who spoke to you every time they saw you , so helpful , Lovley breakfast , plenty everything was full , room were clean Lovley cotton bedding, big soft towels , tea coffee kettle , hairdryer in room , big shower , room cleaned every day , well done everyone
