I love this hotel. The location is on point. Very central and close to the train station. The rooms were kept clean and fresh. Breakfast was good.

The location was perfect for our stay as we were going to the ABBA theatre.
The beds and pillows were so uncomfortable.
You asked for us to be eco friendly and request that we keep the same towels for the two day stay, that’s fine but then the room is not serviced and as such the tea / coffee supplier not refreshed.
On Monday they lifts were being serviced at 8am right in the middle of the rush hour, one lift and everyone complaining, can’t see why this wasn’t started after 10am when lots of people would have checked out.

Breakfast was very good. Although it didn’t have the best selection, for example no black pudding or fried eggs. The reception was calm and had a good atmosphere, plus staff were helpful with directions etc. The rooms were okay, good enough size and staff were accommodating to provide us a chair for the room and provide extra pillows.
When we checked in, the air con wasn’t working so we had to call someone who cleaned it out.
The sink was also disgusting! Whenever we ran water, little pieces of food would come up from the drain. I did inform reception of this, who said someone could go in and clean it but, we were getting ready to go out and we wasn’t comfortable someone going in whilst we were out.
The TV was also not the best, we had to use the controls under the tv itself because the remote wouldn’t work. The beds were also not very comfortable - we had neck pain each morning even though the pillows were soft.

Good locations, near Stratford Underground, bus, and train station. We just took the 25 bus towards the city center.
The staff was polite. Good breakfast. Clean and enough space in the room. There is a store near the hotel.
