Late booking as transferred from another hotel. Staff were brilliant throughout the whole hotel. Always pleasant always greeting you and just brilliant.

The staff were so welcoming and friendly, especially Jana, who must have done a long shift that day. She was there when we arrived and still there when we returned to the hotel after seeing Abba Voyage in the evening. Everywhere was clean and comfortable, and nothing was too much trouble.
A 10-minute walk from Abba Voyage,so the location was perfect for us.
Breakfast was a little crowded. It's a very small space where the buffet is laid out, so lots of people bumping into each other with full plates of food. The food itself was absolutely fine.

We liked the layout of the room, plenty of room for three adults. The room was clean as was the bathroom. The breakfast was good & the staff were friendly & polite.
Nothing really if I was pushed to find a negative it would be the hotel parking, only a few spaces available so you have to be extremely lucky to get one. Fortunately a multistory car park is only a short walk away which isn’t a problem at all.

Polite staff who is ready to help you at day and night, a full bar and a spacious lounge where you can relax, having a tasty food and drinks , comfortable and clean room with a good sound insulation and aircon, 10 mins walking to London stadium and Abba Arena
We stayed in the hotel in July. It was very hot. We're roasting after spending some time outside and when we're back to the hotel we would like to have an ice cream but they don't serve it! there's no any ice cream on the menu. Probably it's not big deal)

I had a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn Express London Stratford. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. What impressed me the most was the daily housekeeping. I came back each day to a freshly made bed, emptied bins, and a spotless room, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the hotel had everything I expected for a comfortable stay. I would definitely stay here again.
Overall, I had a great experience and there wasn’t much to fault. If I could suggest one improvement, it would be to offer a wider variety of breakfast options, particularly fresh fruit. Other than that, everything was excellent.
