It was close to my destination. The staff were helpful. We could leave our cases as we arrived before check in. The breakfast was good.
There wasn’t anything in the area in the way of restaurants or shops

Breakfast was included in the room price thus making it excellent value for money.
Location was excellent for the ABBA concert

This was a very friendly Hotel the staff were lovely . So helpful . Veronica the Ukranian girl was exceptional , so kind to me as ibwas on my own at Breakfast. All the staff were very pleasant .
It was so clean and I loved my room. The aircome to was so effective as it was a heatwave outside .

Location was good. Not much to say, it's like every other Holiday Inn really. Clean and easy.
We did have trouble with the Air con, I ended up googling how to use it as it kept intermittently beeping. I think in the end we did actually find instructions on how to use it but by that point it was time to leave.

Room was lovely, modern and clean. Had big flat tv, aircon, all that was needed. Perfect location for what we planned - ABBA voyage, rooftop cinema, Hunger Games at the theatre, hop on hop off bus, cruise, London Eye! Just name it! Great breakfast, tasty dinner, good selection of drinks.
Small fridge in the room would be a nice touch

Close to bus and metro stations. Good conditions, nice place. Breakfast ok, especially since we were with picky little girls.
A little crowded at breakfast, especially since some people drink their coffee for two hours while others wait standing for a seat at the table to become available.

Clean and quiet. Good location to Westfield Shopping Centre and ABBA arena (Reason we came).
15 mins walk to arena.
Car park spaces limited (First come first serve.
Did mention this in hotel information. Parking very expensive £22.00 24 hrs.

Obviously we were attending ABBA !!
As someone who's worked most of my life within hospitality and front desk... I was delighted to be on the other side... A very minor misunderstanding regarding my booking was swiftly dealt with and sorted on arrival.... The girls on the desk were beautifully polite and helpful and we really did have a wonderful, comfortable stay.... Everything we needed was here.... ill be honest, I wasnt expecting our evening meal to be as delicious as it was.... We didn't have time to go seeking a restaurant outside of the hotel so decided to try and i absolutely loved it .. The young lady at breakfast was a little darling and from my experience, I definitely believe thus was all worth a 10/10
