The reception, maintenance and kitchen staff are friendly and welcoming
Two things didn’t go in my favor, I stayed there for 7 days and while the rooms are cleaned daily, the house cleaning staff never changed my sheets until I complained. They don’t remove the dirty cups or spoons from your room and replace with clean nor do they check beneath your bed for any trash that may have accidentally fell there. Secondly having requested a late check out, the information may have not been relayed to the house cleaning staff and on two occasions, persons entered my room unannounced. Though I blame myself partly for not placing a sign on the door.

Hotel is well located and within walking distance to the Abba Arena (the reason we were there). Room was clean and comfortable and food was good however, evening meal would have been better if table service was on offer.
There wasn't anything really to dislike, the hotel ticked the boxes and served our requirement.

Good breakfast, clean room and large bed. Great location for the ABBA Voyage show and also a short walk from Stratford station.
Pillows could have been a bit more fluffy and there was some noise from traffic as hotel on high Street.
