Location & cleanliness
Breakfast a bit of a struggle. Both drinks machines were down & staff doing best to get working. No where to sit initially & some of the items had not been replenished but accept this was due to time we came down. 9.40am.

Staff really made our stay- everyone was so kind helpful and efficient.
The reception staff were great- gave instructions and made us laugh.We had a very sweet waitress who was efficient and gave wonderful service and at breakfast when I enquired if there were any vegetarian sausages the member of staff actually brought them to the table- it was very obvious that the staff were happy in their work place and this reflected in their customer service.
Hotel was close to the ABBA arena and we felt quite safe as there were many people around earlier in the evening and when walking home there were lots of guests staying at the Holiday Inn
Hotel was great for the money- tasty breakfast and very clean

Very good location, really great food, nice spacious, very clean room & most of all the excellent customer service. All the staff were welcoming, friendly & helpful but the restaurant staff in particular deserve a mention for going over & above. They were so friendly, courteous & helpful & looked after us guests exceptionally well, particularly during the extremely busy breakfast period. Excellent service - I couldn’t fault it.
There’s only one thing I though could be improved & that is the lack of storage space (drawers/shelves) in the bedroom. We were three people staying for a few days, so it was difficult to fit our clothes into the limited space provided. This is a very minor issue, however, (especially given the excellent customer service & the lovely clean rooms), which didn’t negatively affect our stay in any way - it’s merely a suggestion for improvement to an already very good hotel.

Perfect location for ABBA Voyage and excellent value for money with breakfast included.
Breakfast was v busy and only one coffee machine was working but the food was great and plentiful.

Breakfast was good, staff friendly
We ended with a twin room but I thought I booked a double room. I was told I didn't select it so we put beds together. Breakfast tablets were very squashed together.
