Food was not good. I ordered curry and had to send it back as chicken was very tough and inedible. It was overpriced for the small portion served.

Location - Close to train station and venue.
Food- breakfast was easy and plentiful and cooked well. Evening meal was tasty.
Having a menu in the room.
Recycling bin was nice to continue our values from home.
Window was double sealed to keep noise to a minimum.
Staff were friendly.
Shower soaps were good quality and same as use at home. Water was hot and good flowing.
Bed was hard.
Our breakfast table was taken over by other people whilst we were collecting food even though we put our drinks on the table. They were just moved to another table which was rude.
Food - Took an hour for the main to come for first person and another 10 minutes for the second person so we weren't eating at the same time.
Cost of the alcohol. One glass of wine at £10.50. I would normally buy a bottle for less than that. Plus the server made it large without asking so the cost was only known at the end.
