Great location easy walk to London Stadium.
Great friendly staff. Lovely and cool in the rooms even in the middle of a heatwave. Food prices were good not over priced and food in the evening was really nice. Good choice of breakfast but breakfast wasn't very warm more or less cold.
Breakfast was a good choice and tasty but bacon Cold scrambled eggs cold.

Warm friendly greeting on arrival. Reception checked and found room ready and allowed us access an hour early. Our experience was excellent in all areas and the staff's friendly and willingness to help admirable and a credit to the managers organisation. Having stayed at most of the hotels in the Stratford area this once ranks a first place.
Better toilet facilities in reception/bar area.

The staff, and especially Tiegan in the restaurant were very friendly and attentive.

Everything. Was a lovely hotel we were in the area for take that and trains tubes into London are perfect. Staff friendly also the air con was good as the weather was to hot.

Staff was friendly. Location was near where we needed to be. Air conditioning was vital in the recent heatwave.
Only one chair in the room. Not a lot of storage space for hanging up clothes. Needed a better iron.

Adequate breakfast, hot food was warm. Staff friendly and efficient.
A bigger breakfast serving area plus an extra hot drinks machine as quite a queue.

Just an overnight stay with friends on a trip to go and see Abba Voyage. Perfect location. Easy to get to from train station and an easy stroll to the Abba arena. Great hotel. Super clean. Comfy beds and a great breakfast.

The location is perfect near the biggest mall of Europe and metro station. The room was very clean with huge bed and perfect mattress.
Breakfast was more or less ok more to English standards.
Staff excellent
The same elevator used by guest is also used by the staff and entering early morning in the elevator together with all dirty smelly towels or bed linen wasn't the best experience.

Better breakfast choice than I expected to include both hot and cold options.
The location was excellent for us as we were attending the ABBA Voyage show which was an easy 10-15 minute walk

Comfy rooms, clean, had air con, plenty of towels and a proper hairdryer ! Friendly staff and the restaurant was really nice and great value, good breakfast as well, we booked as we were doing the abba voyage show and it was an easy 10 minute walk to the venue, 10 mins walk to tube/dlr and Westfield shopping centre
