Exceptional
Very clean, very helpful staff. Room was well looked after. Breakfast was great and restaurant staff always smiling and welcoming. Managed to get a parking space too which was a massive win.
Air con could have been better but it was a hot weekend for the UK. Would have preferred twin beds as per my request but understood that cant always be accomodated

The breakfast was excellent and service excellent. The staff behind the reception and bar were so obliging and friendly.
The room was quite dark without lighting and the hanging light was too bright.

The room was exactly what was in the picture with a big bathroom and spacious toilet. The toiletries were classy and the bed was big. Breakfast was the excellent with lots of varieties to pick from and the staff where friendly and excellent.

Friendly and attentive staff, very nice room service / housekeeping staff, good breakfast choice and service, good food from the dinner menu decently priced, convenient location
A bit outdated bathrooms and weird persistent smell near the toilet (not related to housekeeping)

Room size, comfort, facilities and location were excellent. Are in the restaurant and food was delicious. Quality of breakfast was also excellent with a good choice.
I would definitely stay here again and recommend to others

Ideal location for Abba Voyage staff are really great, although limited, on-site parking is a bonus.

Close to everything, staff lovely and friendly, room was super clean and bed was perfect. If you want anything you just have to ask, breakfast was also great. It was quite busy at the breakfast area but it was the perfect way to get us ready for our long trip back home. My mum was also super impressed and said she would stay again. Thank you.

Great location for the ABBA arena and Westfield shopping centre. Fairly decent restaurant food, the lamb kofta was really tasty, and good breakfast.
The car park is really small with tight spaces.
