Staff were very attentive. Staff very polite and had a smile on their face. Always made time to say hello, and if everything was ok. Staff all looked very professional and smart
Breakfast was not up to expectation, Hot breakfast was very dry. Seem to run out of certain items quite quickly. During certain time with such a small dining area it was a little chaotic.

Made for a completely acceptable overnight stay and well located for away fans attending West Ham FC (10 mins away). Also very popular with people attending the ABBA experience. Hotel areas and our room were clean and had everything you'd need for one night. Slept well - no noise despite being on a main road. Inclusive buffet breakfast all OK although very busy.
Relatively high price point for an unexceptional hotel but this was London just after Christmas. We didn't notice a great deal of welcoming places to have eat-in food and drink in the immediate area although plenty of 7-11 shops and Stratford shopping centre is only 20 minutes away. Bar in the hotel was ok for a beer.

The staff were all incredibly helpful and friendly. From initial checking-in to my morning checking-out. The room allocation was as requested and the room itself was very comfortable. Spotlessly clean and well equipped. In the morning I didn’t have time for a sit-down breakfast and a member of staff provided me with a bag to place some yoghurt and fruit in for me - handy as I had a work related meeting to get to! Thank you!
Sadly the location for me as a solo female traveller was not ideal for walking back to the hotel in the evening alone. Not the hotel’s fault obviously, but an observation. Having said that, in terms of transport - there’s a bus stop within walking distance from where you can get a bus to Stratford Station in minutes.
