Location was great and free Uber boat rides from Canary Wharf were fantastic!
The room was spacious but did smell a bit damp and the bath drain was blocked.
One female member of staff was very irate and short with just about every customer.
They don’t seem to like people checking in before 4pm and had no interest to check if room was ready beforehand.

Practical, good location, good view, quiet area of hotel, rooms seem sound-proof. Tesco nearby and a free ferry service is amazing!
Dated in parts and it used to be Hilton, so could do with an update.

Location great with regular free ferry across to canary wharf.
The room had not been cleaned or the beds made so requested a room change to which the receptionist said there were none available and no cleaners to clean the room.We called for the manager who quickly corrected her and we were given a fresh and clean room.

It is convenient with great access to transportation, very clean and cost effective and right by the Thames.
The WiFi was not reliable, the plates weren’t cleaned properly during breakfast.

The property is beautiful and the location is beautiful.
I did not like the two single bed we were given because when I booked this room I paid for a double bed not a a room with single beds and when I asked the receptionist to rectify their mistake and put me in a double bed because I didn’t want to sleep in a separate bed with my girlfriend she said she can’t move me to another room she was rude to me and I insisted that I wasn’t going to accept to sleep in a room with single bed cause when I booked the room I did make sure I am booking a room with double a bed, have stayed there before I had a nice stay, but this last time I went there me and my girlfriend we wasn’t treated well, and by refusing to move me in a room I booked for the told me to take it or leave it which was really rude and unprofessional and even threatened to call the police on me and I am sure they only say that to a person of colour which was an unfair treatment she said you need to add £9.69 on top of £70.31 I had paid when I book the room on booking.com in order to move us into another room with a double bed which wasn’t even cleaned smelling Chinese food which was so strong clearly seen that someone was in the room and the room wasn’t cleaned when we were allocated in..
Ended up not using it although I paid extra money for it, it was really late and I had to wake up early to go to work, I didn’t want to argue any more because I was so tired of it all ended sleeping in a 2 single bed room.
I am sorry but we had a terrible experience in your hotel,
And we aren’t happy at all…
