Lost of dust in the room, really small bathroom, my booking was for 3 adults and I had booked a double bed - rather I received 2 single beds and 2 bunk beds - with emphasis on 'for 3 adults'. The bedding was left on the bunk beds for us to put on ourselves. Gave us a balcony but restricted to open more than 20cm, same for the window. Asked 3 staff members for price of tea / coffee - none of them knew the price.

Location of the hotel was good.
A little disapointed with the food that was on offer at the hotel, was only pizza when you scan the qr code there was burgers, hoy dogs and other things on there.

Location is good, free ferry across to the Canary Wharf. Nice playground across the road if your travelling with kids. View from the hotel is really nice, had a great view from our room.
Had to make the kids beds!! Bed covers were left for me to put on for the bunk beds. Breakfast was bad. Nothing was really edible. Hot food was cold.

Location was great, parking facilities were good.
When we arrived were allocated a room that already had someone’s belongings (which obviously needed changing), the keys deactivated frequently and breakfast was poor - in terms of flavour and choice.

The location was fab. Staff member called Edwin was very helpful
The breakfast was one of the worst we have ever had. Everything was cold. No staff around to speak with and when we did speak with staff most couldn’t answer us. We arrived at 3:15 and after check in for to our room at 3:40 only to find it was not ready at all. Luckily we were given another room.

Loved the view and the staff. Just they need to work on their communication skills,
Food in the breakfast, it was not clearly mentioned whether it was vegetarian sausage or non-veg. There is no kitchen and the pizza they served is just frozen one which you can get it for £/2 but selling it in £12. For future visitors carry your own dental kit n water bottles or there is nearby tesco you can get it from there. Otherwise I had a great time in the room, watching the scenic beauty from the window. Late check out is also there which I loved it.
