We stayed here one night at the start of our trip, and one night at the end. The difference between the rooms of the two stays could not have been bigger. The first night we stayed in a room that was very nice, spacious, clean, had a good bathroom and was generally alright. The second night the room we stayed in had a very nice view of the Thames.
However, the bathroom was very small, the faucet leaked, the sink (drain) leaked AND the bath leaked. The air-conditioning kept randomly turning on throughout the night even though we had turned it off. There was a lot of noise from people taking the ferry.

The views.
The car park was far away and unsecure as the door to enter the car park was open (anyone can walk in.) which didn’t give me that private car park feel. The propertys shower had no curtains, there was no microwave or nothing. They had minimal service (food and drink.) towards the night. A random person unlocked our apartment door and walked in then ran back out as soon as they saw us (happened at 7am). I’m being very kind when I say. IT WAS OKAY. Only because of the views.

Great location for the price, most of the staff were very friendly and helpful.
No coffee/tea making facilities in the room. One staff member told us we would have to pay for the buffet breakfast to have a cup of tea; this, naturally, was incorrect, but frustrating to deal with at the time. Also, we had a 14-hour flight to London and arrived at 5.00 am. We dropped our bags off, and a lovely lady said to return later, and we could get into our room as soon as it was ready. We returned at 2.15 pm, and were told check in was at 3 pm, and the lady wouldn't even look if our room was ready. I realise check in was at 3 pm, and it was not the hotel's fault we had travelled throughout the night; however, if the room were ready, it would make little difference to the establishment if we checked in a little early and a massive difference to us. This seemed very pedantic.

Great price for hotel in London. Great view to Canary Wharf and free boat over the river. Comfortable beds.
Busy with students all ages, messy and quite poor breakfast place. Room with visible depreciation. Had to as for hair dryer. Elevator to 6th floor wasn’t working.

the staff was very disappointing. did not serve well and no matter what i ask the answer was not and not friendly at all . its a beautiful stay would ask the owner to check with staff atleast have a smile while serving

Great location and staff were friendly. Room was great with amazing views of Canary Wharf
Wasn't made aware the entire 2nd floor of the building I was staying in was being renovated. I was on floor 3. Lots of banging and drilling going on from 8.28am in the morning. Would have liked to have been told this was going on but staff said nothing.. was hoping for a lie in ☹. Also lots of kids running about in the hallways
