Excellent staff and room very comfortable Vaji and Joao particularly helpful
No kettle in the room and no decaffeinated coffee to purchase anywhere in the hotel. Heating not working but with decent weather we thankfully didn't need to heat or cool the room. Not enough staff on site to run the bar for food and drinks and check in etc.

It was almost 45m away from the city center. It was not that far, it was just that the public transport was tricky.

Stayed with my daughter after a concert. The venue was easy to get to and had excellent facilities. Lived the friendly early morning visit by the friendly fox . The staff were amazing! We had a fantastic stay
