The rooms were clean,refreshed every day,at arrival,the gentlemen at check in were very friendly,polite and respectful,my daughter loved the welcome cookies,The location was exceptional,close to other restaurants and hotel next to a river and had a show of the private jets landing close to the hotel,beautiful views at night.

Its bank of river - a lots of duck , bird you can see, hotel is looks very beautiful specially front view. Big lobby , bar . The front desk Mr. Din & Mr. Oyain both guys were very much cordial, gives us room upgrade, free drinks in bar , all feels us amazing experience in the hotel.

The early check-in at no cost was great. The two rooms I booked for my family were close together. The staff were friendly and helpful. The dining area was well decorated, and the breakfast buffet was fantastic. Being close to the LCY is handy.
The area is a bit away from Central London, but the train station is close by.

Good location to the excel arena
Hotel room was so cold, we had the heating on max and the hotel supplied a stand alone heater and it was still freezing, two awful nights sleep. We had to use two duvets and slept in clothes, no heated towel rail so the towels stayed cold and damp. No smart TV.

It is a very well maintained hotel for an older building. The cleaning was exceptional.
The location is a bit difficult tu reach if you count on public transport. Also the restaurant is decent for breakfast but the dinner was very low quality.
