Lovely hotel. Lots of building work happening but easy to get too from DLR stations. No noise from works. Booked room with view of thames.
Facilities were great. Lovely touch with warm cookies when checking in. Plenty of hot drink facilities in room. Bed and pillows really comfortable. Excellent choice at breakfast.

Lovely and clean, nice little touches of cookie on arrival and free snacks.
Had lunch at the bar and some drinks and put the bill onto our room. We went out for the evening and on arrival back had another drink at the bar before going to bed. ( Which by the way drinks are not cheap!) Then 3 times during the night they had tried to take the money directly from my bank account with my bank declining the payment due to them using my Apple Pay details. Once up and getting ready for breakfast by 8.30 they had put a letter under our door stating we needed to go and pay this bill at our earliest convenience.
whole thing made me feel like they thought we were going to run off without paying. Hadnt even had breakfast and checked out

Liked the view, the Manager on the shift she was lovely no trouble checking in if early check in. Went for food 1st night the steak was lovely, 2nd day had fish and chips that was nice also.
Small rice with the chicken curry and asked for more was Small bowl size of ya hands.
Check out was 12noon, the housekeeper came round 11am wasn't ready to leave by then felt rushed out.
