I didn't really enjoy my stay for 5 nights. Very poor WiFi and staff not too friendly, especially one elderly man at the reception. I reported about the bad WiFi connection on my first day and he didn't even bother to intervene, instead he was concerned about the system which was down while he needed to check in guests as if my concern was not critical.
I decided not to extend my stay due to a bad WiFi connection. I had to use my own mobile data almost all the time. Staff at the reception are not friendly. I also didn't really enjoy my breakfast. Fried eggs i requested during my breakfaat were always salty. I had no choice but to relocate to a different hotel.

I would give it a 0 if I could, the internet went down and they couldn’t check us in we arrived at the hotel at 10 o’clock in the evening and it’s our younger children, was told to sit in the reception and wait as it wouldn’t take to long we waited an hour all very tired by then after our 6 hour journey, then asked how long it will be, and they said it could take maybe about 3 hours,
Communication was very much down with the staff, and although it isn’t there fault. For future reference they should write down room allocations for these types of things.
In the end it got close to midnight and we went and had to find another hotel with a room.
