Room was a lovely size with large comfy single beds. Lovely and quiet. Enough storage for a long weekend. Good breakfast - the best looking fried eggs I've ever seen!! Nice choice of hot or cold items.
The lift was quite temperamental and the doors closed quite quickly if you're in a wheelchair. Met quite a few people in the lift who were struggling to get to their floors but it did mean we met and had a laugh with quite a few new people.

Breakfast was great, great value for money and thought it was great it was free for children under 12. They loved seeing the whole honeycomb!
Only one pillow which was very thin as the second was used for the sofa bed, really needed extra pillows.

Great area. Lovely staff. Lots of amenities were available. Great spread of breakfast foods.
Lack of WiFi for the tv to connect to things such as Netflix.
The lift was broken for the duration of our stay
