Incredibly welcoming and helpful, offered to store our bags as we had arrived early and wanted to go off exploring. Food and drink is fantastic and good value for money. Service was exceptional, couldn’t be more helpful if they tried, nothing was too much trouble.
Pool is very small and the water didn’t look particularly inviting so didn’t swim, which was disappointing.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Crowne Plaza London Docklands, and I can’t speak highly enough of the experience. From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted with warm smiles and genuine hospitality that set the tone for the entire visit.
The staff at this hotel are simply outstanding — consistently friendly, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure guests feel welcome and well cared for. Whether it was reception, housekeeping, or the restaurant team, every member of staff delivered exceptional service with a personal touch.
The hotel itself is modern, clean, and perfectly located for both business and leisure. My room was spacious and beautifully maintained, with a comfortable bed and quality amenities.
Breakfast was another highlight, offering a generous and delicious selection to start the day right.
If you're looking for a place in London that combines comfort, great amenities, and truly remarkable service, the Crowne Plaza Docklands is it. I will be returning.

The staff treat you like royalty from the minute you walk in. nothing is too much trouble for them.
They are so lovely and welcoming.
The hotel itself is beautiful and very clean with a gorgeous view across the waterfront, especially at night when it’s all lit up.
We were able to check in early which was perfect as we had a music event to be at for 2pm - and we were given a room upgrade and a complimentary bottle of Prosecco as it was my birthday, I was so grateful for this! These extra touches were so appreciated. I wish I’d caught the lady’s name on reception but hopefully she will get to see this message and know that she made our stay extra special with memories that will last a lifetime. We were so sad when we had to leave and we can’t wait to come back! Thankyou all so much for your attention to detail and your kindness xxx

Fantastic hotel with friendly helpful staff. We loved the room and the breakfast was superb. We were even given two free drinks vouchers on arrival. Excellent value. Wished we had more time to use the pool!

The hotel is superb, clean all over, facilities are great. I only stayed for 1 night due to a conference but I got to use the swimming pool in the morning, which was great bonus. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Convenient for an event we were going too.
We requested two rooms, one was 2029, the other 5010, couldn’t have put us further away. Young women on reception barely spoke English checking us in and seemed more interested in data collecting than anything else. Lady on exiting was pushy about how “desperate” they were for reviews, they needed them to survive, embarrassing behaviour quite frankly. Bed wasn’t comfortable, pillows very cheap. Bathroom clean but bang average overall, staff seem lost in general.
