The member staff checking us in was amazing, she was so welcoming and friendly. I am sorry I did not get her name otherwise I would have mentioned her personally.
Our toilet did not flush properly.

The staff were polite and helpful. It was very clean. It was stylish. The room was lovely! We had comfy beds and drink making stuff which is ace. They had oat milk which they gave me in a take away cup for my room. Love having a little fridge in the room! We had wine glasses in t he room too! Never had that before
The mushrooms at breakfast were really good. 11am check out is decent.
I wasn’t a fan of the bathroom products but thats not a negative. Just a personal preference.

We were allocated a quiet room with a beautiful view. Excellent start! Very friendly staff, delicious breakfast. Special thanks to Receptionist Gaya who was extremely helpful with directions how to get to London Eye and other landmarks.

Staff were absolutely amazing so friendly,helpful and thoughtful, especially Adriana. Beds were extremely comfortable and the breakfast was first class - We were all blown away by all high-level in every aspect of the hotel.

I was so impressed with the hotel. The staff were all so warm and welcoming. The hotel was super clean and smelt delightful. The bed was very comfy and the room was well equipped- fridge, iron, hairdryer etc... The location was fab, just a short walk to the underground or the cable cars over to the O2 arena. Also breakfast was amazing!
