Only the location and
The room was really dirty and uncomfortable also the smells of cigarettes was horrible in the whole hotel!
Bathroom was cold and it wasnt clean after the previous guest.
Also on the reception they try to make me pay with cash and after when I said that we will cancel the reservation because I do not do cash payments they allow me to pay with card !

The room wasn't even cleaned on our arrival.. slept in bed, over flowing bin and used towels. Shocking is an understatement.

The accomodation was perfect for an inexpensive visit to London. The location between Stratford Station and Plaistow Station was convenient with a short bus ride from either station to the hotel, or a 12 minute walk. The room was basic but adequate, clean and the private bathroom was good. A cooked breakfast was available, orange juice, cereal, eggs, beans, coffee tea and toast freshly cooked. The staff were very pleasant and helpful.
The room lacked a table and chair, but I felt this was a minor inconvenience.

This is NOT a hotel, its more like a hostel or half way house. There is no restraunt so couldnt get dinner,just a few tables at reception, the room is just a bed and TV (which was hanging off the wall and the remote didnt work). The decor was non existent and looked tired and dirty. There was not hot water to shower.

Location ideal for early start to get to London City Airport and managed to catch my flight in good time - good access point for LC Airport.
Facilities very basic, rather noisy location so difficult to get to sleep. Also, most TV channels not working because of poor reception.
