The room was bigger than my expectations. The bathroom wasn't with too many amenities but was also clean. The place is close to Stratford Station definitely worth it for the price!

Everything, dirty, ugly, NO BREAKFAST, the mattress was from before WWI, the surroundings full of homeless and drunk people, the stairs looked like they were going to fall, NO AC, the Toilet was worse than in Jail, the floor was dirty, everything was dirty, ugly, smelly, disgusting.

terrible they did not let us in at 3am and told us they are fully booked. had to mess with booking customer support for an hour for them to let us in. rooms were dirty and neighbourhood very sketchy. only reason im giving it 2 stars instead of 1 is because we eventually got in. the room also had 0 air if we did not have the fan we would have suffocated

It was within walking distance of the underground, & the concert at the stadium we were attending.
Room was nothing at all like the photos. Our view was of fire escapes & rubbish filled yards.No tea or coffee in the room. Smelled musty, the bed was uncomfortable & the room was dirty. Staff barely acknowledged our existence. The “foyer” just seemed to be a gathering place, for locals, no where for guests to sit. Won’t ever use again.
