Nothing at all.
Lights in the bathroom weren’t working. I used the light of my phone. I let the staff know about it and they didn’t do anything. It was so dirty and the bathroom window wasn’t closing at all it was stuck and made me feel unsafe. Bedsheets had stains. The tv wasn’t working.

I felt as though I was in a property from a very poor country that has close to no facilities or equipment. Bed was very poor, ambience of room felt basement like even though I was on 1st floor

That was a desperate for a room after a fire in a car park meant I couldn't get my car the price I paid for an Adult and a child at 2100 on a Saturday night was brilliant value

There was a TV with no remote. There was a fridge which was not working and was overheating when plugged in. There was no space to hang clothes. There was one old cabinet in the room The room was too hot. The corridor outside was noisy during the night. No tea and coffee facilities in the room.
