The location for local transport was great
The swimming pool had external swimming lessons throughout the day and the 3rd party teachers were rude to the aloft customers and treating us like kids shouting at us for even passing through the otherside to get in and out the swimming pool. We complaint but got nothing but an apology back. Ruined mine and my childrens experience we booked for the swimming facility.

Train station is convenient
Our gold bracelet went missing in the room, worth over £1000. The management didn’t do anything to compensate us. I wouldn’t recommend it and our child was distraught

A very accommodating hotel. We were travelling with a baby and extra requests were met. Very easy to communicate with before we arrived so our stay was very smooth. The room was very clean and had all the facilities you need and it was a great location for our visit.

It was very close to the station, on the 2nd floor when you Come out the lift you are on the station, this is ideal and there is a lift to get to the platforms or you can use the stairs the breakfast. Caters for all needs from continental to full English breakfast
