Located just 24 miles outside of Lincoln, The Leagate is nestled in quiet village of Coningsby. Surrounded by countryside, this 16th century inn offers free parking on-site and free Wi-Fi access to all guests. It also has a bar and a restaurant. Within the contemporary designed rooms of The Leagate, there is a TV, a work desk, tea and coffee making facilities and an private bathroom with complimentary toiletries. The restaurant serves a full English breakfast and a continental breakfast in the mornings. In the evening, there are a variety of bar meals available to guests along with a wide range of beverages. Just 9 minutes’ drive from the hotel is Tattershall Farm Park. A petting farm, it also has an indoor play barn and an adventure playground. The seaside town of Skegness is also a 25 mile journey east, and Lincoln Castle is a 43-minute car journey away. We have dog friendly rooms available, the cost of this £15 per dog per night. Lovely little cozy Place to stay. Staff were welcoming and very friendly throughout our two day stay. Food was very good.
The only thing we didn't like about our stay was the bed. The mattress is quite thin, we could feel the springs in the mattress also the bed was very creaky and noisy to the point we were worried to move incase we disturbed anyone!

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much bother for them. The room was very clean. We had a lovely meal with family on the evening. The breakfast was good.
On returning from our meal we found the shower was running cold. I enquired about this and two lads came and had a look. They thought it was because a lot of people were using the water and told us to wait a while. Later, on trying to use the shower, we found that the water was scolding and could not be regulated, hence we were unable to use it. The next morning, we tried to use the shower again, only to find that the water was still scolding and could not be controlled. We reported this to reception and received an apology. This did spoil our visit as we had drove 200 miles to get there, and had the same distance going back.

Best Hotel I've ever stayed in. Great welcome, friendly staff. Was taken to my room. Advised of Fire exit and where to meet. That's a first! Wonderful team! Exceptional customer service including looking after my food intolerance. Very attentive staff. Well done team. Fantastic experience!!

Great location within a mile of our visit to RAF Coningsby for the BBMF Members Day event. Lovely comfortable room at a 16th century pub/small hotel. Good choice of food on the menu both for meals & breakfast. Staff very helpful & friendly.

The breakfast was extremely good and the room was clean and very comfortable. The evening meal also was excellent, I would highly recommend the Leagate Inn to all my friends and family.

Lovely and very old property . Perfect location for what we wanted . Good bar . The staff were absolutely fantastic , they were all really engaging and obviously enjoyed being there . Quite refreshing I have to say .
