Lovely period property
Upgraded one of the rooms and the tv didn’t work, sat in the window for dinner which was under a radiator. Which was very hot and became very uncomfortable

The staff were great !
Cleaning is an issue in all areas - the restaurant hadn’t been hoovered / cleaned from the night before - dust and dirt is the norm.

Lovely old country house. The modern orangery where we had an excellent Burns dinner fits in beautifully. Jam
The plant tubs that separate two parts of the car park are very insubstantial. I’m not sure why they are needed but present reversing obstacle; a minor point.

Wonderful setting, great location for access to Liverpool and Chester Zoo.
Very large Bedroom with an equally large Bathroom.

The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly.
We had a lunch for 17 and they struck just the right balance between letting us get in andd enjoy, and attentive service.
It's an old building but my room was again lovely. Thanks very much.
