Wonderful
The apartment was fabulous, perfect and was right in the centre, not too far from anything. The beds were really comfortable, we all had a great nights sleep.
The steps outside of the apartment were a struggle for my mum but she is 77!

The location was amazing! Right beside the taxi shop. Loads of lovely places to eat & drink on bridge street.
The decor is beautiful, the comfiest bed I have slept in in years. Lots of lovely extra touches.
Plenty of space. Spotlessly clean. We had a slight problem and it was fixed instantly.
It is quite noisy at night for whoever sleeps in the front bedroom…me! Nobody at the back heard anything though.
The windows give me the fear, my daughter sleepwalks and I’ve been terrified that she would open the window and fall out.
My aunty isn’t the most mobile and the stairs were quite steep, but that’s my fault for not checking.

The property was well decorated and equipped. In very close proximity to the City Centre, restaurant and bars.
The front door did not easily lock and needed considerable tries to lock, the front gate was stiff and very difficult to open. One of the toilets was not operational, some dishes and cutlery were dirty and required hand washing. There was very little instructions or guidance

Good central location. A spacious apartment with everything we needed. Plenty of seating. We were a party of five,all family with two people visiting from Australia. They loved Chester

The second toilet was pretty unusable as it overflowed anytime it was flushed, so with 7 guests it was a little annoying. But main bathroom was perfect

Everything was great...easy to get to...the location...the comfort...the cleanliness...the only thing that was a bit uncomfortable for us was that the mattresses were too soft

It's a lovely and well equipped apartment; it is really central and only a 5-minute walk from good value parking, which is something of a miracle in a city centre! We really liked being in the middle of things; it was fun to see what was going on below, and great to be able to step out of the property and immediately have lots of options to eat and shop around us. We could walk to everything we wanted to see, from the museum to the cathedral and all around the city. The living room which faced the street did get street noise, but the bedrooms further back were very quiet and we were able to sleep well. Warm and cosy on a couple of very rainy nights too.
These are very minor quibbles indeed, but two of the beds seem to be sofa beds and while they were perfectly comfortable they are not quite as luxurious as a proper bed! While we loved it, this is definitely not a place for anyone with mobility issues as you need to negotiate both outside and insight flights of steps.
