This is a gorgeous little Inn. It is out in the countryside. It's absolutely beautiful scenery around. Room spotless complimentary waters. Beds really comfortable can't fault it. Shout out to every member of staff who was so helpful and lovely. A special shout out to Emmie who helped us get an uber as we was struggling. She was lovely and an asset to your Inn. Happy and smiley and polite and helpful. The supervisor came to chat to us too he was nice, helpful and the staff are just lovely. Breakfast was delicious and served promptly Thank you for a lovely stay. Highly recommended

Pleasant
The bedroom was very spacious, large bed, with a separate shower to the bath in the bathroom. There were also robes which were a nice plus. The room was also very clean and the location is very picturesque and the only hotel in a good vicinity.
The bedroom which I was in faced onto the driveway and there was a lot of noise because of this. Also I was abruptly woken up in the early hours of the morning to the fuel tanker filling the utility room which was inconveniently next door to my room also, which lasted for well over half an hour and was extremely loud. I would suggest putting ear plugs in the room for these reasons. Also the staff were a mixed bag, it seemed the younger staff were more helpful and friendly as opposed to the older members. The breakfast also only offered filter coffee and tea, even though they have a full coffee machine. I would expect due to the marketing of the hotel being branded as 5 star, and lavish photos of rooms and interiors you wouldn’t just get basic drink options. Also the dinner was a bit average, mine was cold and I had to return it. As it’s the only restaurant in a the vicinity, again, I would expect more. The pillows were also extremely hard and uncomfortable.

Superb location and stunning views. Large beer garden at the side of the hotel too which is great on sunny days and retains the views over Cheshire. Staff were super helpful. Room was cosy but bed and shower were good which was the main thing. Breakfast was also excellent along with the dinner we had the night before.

Lovely but bit noisy from bathroom leading into our bathroom. Often thought someone was in our bathroom !
No yoghurts or fruit at breakfast just a spoonful !
Cooked breakfast was lovely.
Man cleaning our room knocked on door with don’t disturb sign on to ask if we needed anything as he was going off and didn’t have time to clean our room ! At 9:50 am !

The room was lovely with a stunning view over the Cheshire Plain and a huge bathroom. Dinner was excellent and very good value. Breakfast was great…lots of choice and good gluten free options too.
Some slight noise from floor below (maybe cellar)
