Comfy bed and location
Very dated, damage ceiling tiles everywhere where. Chippped paint and furniture threadbare carpets etc. Needs a lot of updating to bring into standard with 5*. The extra breakfast charge to eat warm food is not great that’s on top of paying for breakfast already in the room rate.

Location. Staff were lovely.
Room. On 3rd floor. Very tired definitely needs an upgrade. Not what I was expecting for an Executive room. 2nd floor was a much nicer floor

Our entire stay was fantastic, the staff made us feel like we were the only ones in the hotel, they were attentive, friendly, polite and exceptionally helpful. The hotel is beautiful, comfortable, clean and elegant. It's located in the heart of the city giving great access to explore the city wall, the cathedral and the city centre. Everything about the hotel was just perfect.
